The place is clean and well kept. The staff is very polite and the breakfast options are delicious, a variety of things to choose from.

Our family stayed two nights from the 17th to the 19th of December at the hotel, which has a great location and fantastic service, with friendly lobby staff. We also appreciated the fast check-in, thanks to Xiao Ding's assistance. After they found out we hadn't been sleeping very well, and they changed to another room for us, our family slept so well after that. We were so touched by their caring and excellent service. Thanks, Xiao Ding, Xiao Hu, and thanks to all the staff from the hotel.

The room was clean and just nice for a short stay, thank hotel for upgraded my rooms. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet when I first checked in, but after informing the front desk, they immediately arranged a room change without any hassle. I really appreciate their prompt service recovery. Room although is smoke free but still able to smell it from outside and flow to the room.

I stayed at ANSHE Hotel in Suzhou for two nights in early April 2026 and left as a very happy camper. The hotel is well-designed and clearly well-run. The hardware and heartware are equally impressive: the staff are warm, hospitable, and quick to resolve any issues, while the in-room technology is modern, intuitive, and easy to operate. The room layout and amenities made it effortless to rest and recharge after a full day of exploring the city. The location is another big plus — just steps from a metro station and an easy walk to the charming Pingjiang Road. This hotel truly ticks all the boxes for design, comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service. Highly recommended.

The rooms are modern, the cleaning is impeccable. Great conditions are created for work tasks: there is a convenient meeting place in the lobby, and there is a printer available. The staff creates an incredibly warm atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and ready to help 24/7. We would especially like to highlight Selena and Jin at the reception. The employees are always sincerely helpful. We don't speak Chinese, and they were always on hand: they helped us sort out issues with food delivery, communicated with couriers, and help solve all our unexpected problems. The hotel is conveniently located — everything you need is nearby. Breakfasts: hearty and tasty. We like everything. This hotel is ideal for work visits, but seeing how they take care of the guests here, we would gladly come here just to relax as well. We recommend the Hotel with all our hearts!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Xinjiekou Station on Metro Line 1, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were friendly and very thoughtful, even offering complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience.

This hotel has a convenient location near Nanchang Street, with spacious and quiet rooms that made for a comfortable stay. However, there are some drawbacks to note. Vehicles cannot drop you off directly at the hotel entrance—you'll need to walk from the drop-off point, and if you're traveling with heavy luggage, be prepared to carry it across a small bridge. Additionally, while the hotel provides a washing machine, it wasn't working properly during my stay, and I was unable to find any staff to help resolve the issue. Overall, it's a decent option if you prioritize space and a quiet environment, but be aware of the access limitations and potential service gaps.

The building is with other hotels, and is on the highest floors, it isn’t the cleanest hotel. The sink is outside the bathroom. The room smelt very bad. The location is central. And the breakfast is good. Also no one spoke English.
