Ketika saya melawat Suzhou kali ini, saya secara kebetulan melihat hotel yang baru dibuka ini pada mulanya saya tidak mempunyai jangkaan yang tinggi dan biliknya juga sangat bagus. Ia sangat bersih, terutamanya wanita di meja penyambut tetamu yang baik dan baik. Dia juga menaik taraf jenis bilik. Saya memutuskan untuk tinggal di sini pada hari berikutnya. Ia juga dilengkapi dengan penutup tab mandi dan mandian susu Sebagai sebuah hotel, pengalaman ini sangat bagus. Namun, satu perkara yang benar-benar meruntuhkan pengalaman indah ini. The building is with other hotels, and is on the highest floors, it isn’t the cleanest hotel. The sink is outside the bathroom. The room smelt very bad. The location is central. And the breakfast is good. Also no one spoke English.

帶孩子出行，抱着試試看的心態預訂了這家酒店，酒店超乎想象，獨棟小樓，房間面積不小，環境衞生很不錯！出行也方便，周邊就有商圈和地鐵！不論是前台的小美女們，或是夜班的保安大哥，各個崗位的服務人員都很熱情，特別是早餐廳的巧雲姐，細緻入微，很有親和力，孩子説一定要給這位阿姨好評，總體來説很好的一次入住體驗！

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Xinjiekou Station on Metro Line 1, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were friendly and very thoughtful, even offering complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Perfect modern hotel close to the Jinji Lake and iconic Gate to East building. Beds were comfortable, room spacious and the breakfast had wide selection of asian and european dishes. 2 or 3 Shopping Plazas close by with various restaurants and shops. Luckin Coffee, KFC, Starbucks just around the corner. Clean and bussinesslike environment, very safe surrounding area.

The Hotel location is near the Nanyuanbeilu station about 2-3 mins walk. I booked a family room.for 3 pax but the hotel provides 2 breakfast only. The front desk lady was kind enough to give us a free breakfast for the 3rd pax. There are not many varieties for breakfast. The light in the hotel room is quite dim. Overall the stay is good

The hotel's location is very good, the room is very clean, the service is very good, the air conditioning in the rooms is very good, the view from the hotel is great, the atmosphere is beautiful, very comfortable, the mattress is very soft, the service staff is very friendly, highly recommended, will return next time

預訂的時候看到是新開的酒店就覺得應該還不錯，果然，大大的超過了我的預期，一進門好幾個小哥哥服務幫忙，經理帶我們上樓幫忙開門推行李，重點是房間，沒有新裝修難聞的味道，電梯裏都是香香的，房間內部面積也相對其他該價位的酒店寬敞很多，乾淨舒適，住的很舒服，大人和小孩對於早餐也是相當滿意的，總而言之一句話，確實很好，很棒，有些服務項目這次時間原因沒有體驗到，下次有機會再來玩還住這家酒店，圖片是退房前拍的，真心推薦，所以給瞭如此好評，希望一直這麼好

Quaint hotel. Amenities are good. People are friendly. Very easy check in process. Good breakfast. Kids like the slide in the room. A lot of food places across the street.

I stayed at ANSHE Hotel in Suzhou for two nights in early April 2026 and left as a very happy camper. The hotel is well-designed and clearly well-run. The hardware and heartware are equally impressive: the staff are warm, hospitable, and quick to resolve any issues, while the in-room technology is modern, intuitive, and easy to operate. The room layout and amenities made it effortless to rest and recharge after a full day of exploring the city. The location is another big plus — just steps from a metro station and an easy walk to the charming Pingjiang Road. This hotel truly ticks all the boxes for design, comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service. Highly recommended.
