Ulasan Royal Solaris Cancun-All Inclusive

Never such an experience like this before I hope I find a chance to go there

The location is convinient and near airport The service was good but not very good. Theamenities is fair. The toilet sink at room 1123 wasnt draining properly and the toilet lavatory was noisy and not working very well My is stay us fairly ok and good.

Very good location only 15 min from the airport, staff were very helpful only downside is that there is a little bit of renovations going on but other than that it’s a very nice resort.

Its a great resort, many vegetarian options for food and staff is also really nice.

Our experience started weak but ended stronger. This resort had customer service that was unresponsive, and unhelpful when we did reach them, prior to our arrival. While drinks are included, all I could drink were bottled beers or wine because the cocktails that any barista made were the worst I had tasted - mudslide, vodka soda, pinacolada, etc. all were terrible. Maybe they do this so guests don't order much alcohol? Waiters are a hit and miss, Marco Polo had a wonderful waiter who put on a show for us, while the Caribbean restaurant by the sea had a waiter who never once got our orders right, dozens of wrong orders or forgotten items in every sitting. Airport transport has many rules - for pickup, you must order 12-24 hours in advance, outside that window you're on your own. For dropoff, you must order the day before departure, can't pre-arrange 2 days in advance and you can't arrange the same day either, add some stress to your holiday. This resort benefits from its connection to neighboring GR Caribe by Solaris as their combined facilities and the prettier design of GR Caribe make the overall resorts experience more interesting and memorable.

The hotel was nice and clean. Food was just ok. I've had better at an all inclusive resort. We only stayed for 1 night so we didn't get to enjoy the pool but it looked nice. We booked the ocean view room and I must say I'm so glad we did! The view was gorgeous. The room itself was pretty big and very clean. My only complaint about the room is we couldn't find an outlet to charge our phones. Coming from Tulum, I booked the room for 1 night so we could relax before catching an early morning flight back home. When booking the room I read that kids were not permitted so I was under the impression it was an adult only resort. I guess I should have read the description better because this resort is very family friendly. Service was great! From check in to check out the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place for families, maybe not so much of your looking for a quiet getaway.

初めてのオールインクルーシブですごく充実した旅行になりました。 朝、夜は予約をしないと入れないレストランがあったのに、知らずに予約せずにいたらあっという間に埋まってしまい、3泊4日のうちの2日はディナーがビュッフェになってしまいました、、💦 これはチェックインの時に詳しく説明が必要だったなと思いました！

4日間滞在のうちの2日間はまともに使えるエレベーターが1/4でした。残りの2日間も2/4は客室のある階からロビーに降りることはできるけどロビーから客室階に上がることはできず、非常に不便でした。 また食事があまり美味しくなかったり、利用できるレストランが限定されていたり、オールインクルーシブとは言えルームサービスは有料で飲み物も有料のものが多かったです。 何が利用できるのかアプリで確認しなければいけないのも結構面倒でしたが、どこもそういうものなのでしょうか…？ 部屋はきれいで快適でしたが、壁がとても薄く、隣の部屋の普通の話し声も聞こえてしまうのでとても気を使いました。 もう一度泊まることはないかなと思います。

Muy buen resort, la comida es deliciosa. Las instalaciones muy limpias. La playa tiene mucho oleaje pero se puede disfrutar con precaución.

Buen servicio en general. las instalaciones están ya desgastadas y sobre todos el aire acondicionado de las áreas comunes estuvo terrible.. tanto lobby como restaurante,lo cual fue muy molesto. Espero lo compongan . Por lo demás la cómida cumple y la habitaciones fue cómoda y sin problemas.

當地的沙灘真的很美，而且酒水可以喝到飽，晚上還有表演可以觀賞，夜晚的寧靜也很舒服，來這裡絕對不會讓你失望的

Todo estuvo muy bien excelente servicio y sobre todo que pudimos disfrutar de las piscinas, bar y restaurantes después de hacer el check out en lo que se acercaba la hora de nuestro vuelo
