Ulasan Hotel Calypso Cancun

Thank you for our wonderful 4 night stay. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and great breakfast. The only negative side is no kettle in the room and they charged us for 2 cups of boiling water of 80 pesos. It’s a bit out of the way from the main town and attractions but that’s why we booked here. Thanks again

Nice ,clean hotel , located 15 min from Langusta Beach, my room was good, air conditioner works, good Wi Fi, good bedding Excellent deep swimming pool, with plenty of beach beds Good simple buffet breakfast Stuff is supportive I would recommend this hotel

Not good

The staff were very friendly to greet us, but did not help in terms of information on tours, print our boarding pases or other hotel services. The answers were always no, so come prepared with everything because you won’t get things done here, also the pool and rooms could use a little maintenance because they are old and smell old

They were supposed to be cleaning, but you couldn't really see it. It seemed like they were just making the bed. The location is excellent for getting around anywhere.

The hotel's pools are magnificent, with breathtaking views of the sea. It is well secured with checks at each entrance and exit. Very good stay.

There is a restaurant below the hotel, open until two in the morning, and the quality is very good. However, the corresponding supermarket closes very early, so if you want to buy something to drink, you need to walk some distance to Starbucks.
