Ulasan Hotel Calypso Cancun

I liked it was peaceful resonanabled price compared to other hotels on row pretty pool two of them and there was hot water most places the water doesn't get hot in mexico it dod at this one Not loud like other places i stayed it was tranquil I wish they had a fridge and ice .. no ice machine I dodnt like that i couldnt jave a latte in the morining woth a half mile walk

The staff were very friendly to greet us, but did not help in terms of information on tours, print our boarding pases or other hotel services. The answers were always no, so come prepared with everything because you won’t get things done here, also the pool and rooms could use a little maintenance because they are old and smell old

Están bien sus instalaciones, la habitación está cómoda lo único malo es que no ponen agua en la habitación y no proporcionan agua para tomar o hielos en ningún espacio del hotel.

I don’t like the pool area they look duty. But good option if you want to stay closed to La Zona Hotelera.

Very reduce in shower towel, not enough power outlets and I believe the price is high fot what we received.

All pool chairs broken and dirty, manager is a liar ( said I could get my money back if I email *******, .. and they refused to give it back once I left).

First of all, the room looks nothing like the pictures, the actual rooms are old and ugly. The moment my husband (160lbs) sat on one of the beds, it broke so we called the main desk to report that and they ended up giving us another room. The rooms that we got had not been swept so my toddler socks ended up with a ton of dirt and crumbs. The chairs in the rooms have cushions that are stained and the bathroom is falling apart. We went to check out the pool and again, the property looks abandoned and the pool chairs were broken and the pool water dirty. We were extremely disappointed with this hotel. Again, the only good thing about it is the location because it’s across the street from the ferry to Isla Mujeres (reason why we stayed there), there is also a convenience store nearby and 2 restaurants. The closest beach is about a 15 min walk. Overall, not satisfied or happy with our stay there.

Prices high for the value, parking is almost in the street, personal in counter is rude they tried to charged me for a second card key I left inside the room.

The ******* description of the room indicated it would have cable and 50 inch flatscreen. Instead, there was a puny 18 inch TV with no cable. The room was noisy, the door didn't lock, and we were charged an extra tax in addition to the fees paid to *******. This was to be our last night of a driving trip throughout the Yucatan peninsula, and we wanted a comfortable room to rest before our flight. Under no circumstances, would I recommend this hotel.

Stayed for one night flying out next day so wanted something close to airport didn’t have any issues room was nice with air condition personnel were very nice and helpful

The childrens in the reception at night… I never see so bad service ever in my life!
