Fantastic!!!!!! We took our 8-month-old to Chimelong for a winter holiday to see the fish, and it was a great experience! Our baby was fascinated, and as adults, we found everything from dining to accommodation and transportation very convenient. The buffet dinner and breakfast, in particular, had excellent quality control, which left a strong impression on us. The staff at both the Ocean Park and the hotel were very attentive and provided great service. We'll definitely be back!

First time staying at Circus Hotel, and the room was much better than expected! It faced Ocean Kingdom directly, which offered an amazing view. The room was clean and tidy, and the kids even had their own dedicated space, which made them feel right at home.

Easy to find and looks grand from the outside. Inside, it's very new, and the rooms are large and clean. The service is excellent, and it's super convenient for getting around. You can even order takeout! The room package deals are also great value, cheaper than booking separately. Highly recommend!

This truly lives up to its online reputation as the best value-for-money hotel at Chimelong. The hotel environment is excellent, and it's very close to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and Chimelong International Circus, making it super convenient for activities. Initially, I wasn't happy with my room, but the staff went above and beyond, running around to help me switch rooms. Communication was quick, and their service attitude was superb; the whole process was very professional. All the staff I encountered at Chimelong were very polite and friendly. I'll definitely be back!

The staff were very welcoming and contacted me in advance. The voucher they gave us for breakfast was a nice touch. The room, however, felt a bit old. Coming directly from Hong Kong Disneyland, the difference in quality was quite noticeable and left a bit to be desired.

The hotel's front desk staff member was excellent, very accommodating and helpful. Although we arrived quite early and couldn't check in yet, he kindly arranged for our luggage to be stored securely, allowing us to enjoy the park worry-free beforehand.

Great location, close to Chimelong Circus and Ocean Kingdom. Dining options are convenient too. Housekeeping was prompt. There's a shuttle bus to Spaceship Park. We also received a complimentary buffet dinner for two for one night – the crayfish and mini pan-fried buns were delicious, and they had ice cream! Overall, very satisfied.

Stayed in the Fantasy Zone room. The cleanliness was good, didn't notice any obvious dirt, and the facilities weren't particularly old. The only thing is that the windows couldn't be opened, probably for safety reasons. Check-in required queuing, and while the service attitude was alright, it was incredibly slow. We had to repeatedly urge them, and we only got our room number close to 5 PM. Luggage storage also involved a queue, and there were so many people, which made for a poor experience.

This is the best value hotel in Chimelong. It's less than a 10-minute walk to Ocean Kingdom, and the service is excellent. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the Chimelong International Circus. You can't beat the location or the price!

The kids had a blast and never get tired of coming here, even after multiple visits. However, it's a bit sad to see the animals confined to such small spaces. It would be amazing if there were safe deep-sea or forest tours in the future, allowing the animals to return to their natural habitats. I visited the Chimelong Circus Hotel in Zhuhai with my child during the Year of the Horse, and I'm completely hooked! Not only is it visually stunning and perfectly located, but the parent-child experience is also exceptional. My child didn't want to leave, and I totally fell in love with the comfort and convenience. The hotel's decor really hit all the right notes for me aesthetically! The adorable and exquisite Year of the Horse themed decorations are everywhere – from the cute horse sculptures in the lobby and the circus murals in the hallways, to the cartoon elements adorning the elevator areas. Every corner is picture-perfect and Instagrammable. The circus-themed soft furnishings in the room were cozy and whimsical, full of delightful details, and my child was excited, running around as soon as we entered. Even more surprising were the public areas; the lighting was soft, creating a warm ambiance. Whether it was the lounge areas or the corridors, everything was kept neat and beautiful, making it a joy to behold. Location gets a perfect score! It's just a 5-minute walk to Ocean Kingdom, and only 3 minutes to the Chimelong Theatre for the circus show. This was so convenient when traveling with a child, no need to rush around. The free shuttle buses run frequently, making it super easy to get to the Spaceship Theme Park, saving us the hassle of queuing for taxis and making the whole trip time-saving and stress-free. My child's absolute favorite was the special activities! The 'Magic Skirt' dress-up activity was amazing. With all sorts of princess dresses and circus-themed costumes, my child wouldn't take them off once she put them on. We could also accessorize with headpieces and props for photos, fulfilling every little girl's dream. A friend's child who was with us happened to have a birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully arranged a birthday party with clown interactions, singing 'Happy Birthday', and a custom cake. The sense of ceremony was incredible, and the child was beaming from ear to ear. The food also exceeded expectations! The Chimelong Circus Food Town offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, including seafood, BBQ, and desserts – something for everyone, both adults and children. The kids' meals were cutely presented, the ingredients fresh, and they even adjusted them to suit children's tastes. Even our picky eater devoured her food happily. This stay was flawlessly perfect. The beautiful decor, convenient location, fun activities, and delicious food – every aspect was satisfying. My child and I have already promised to come back again next time to unlock more joy!

Eating while watching interactive performances even got my picky eater to finish their meal! But what I have to praise the most is our little butler, Shuangshuang. Her service was professional and heartwarming, an absolute lifesaver for traveling with a child! Before check-in, she proactively contacted us to confirm our needs, prepared a bed guard, and even custom-made a parent-child guide highlighting toddler-friendly activities and rest areas. After check-in, she provided real-time reminders for shows and shuttle bus schedules. Fearing my child might get tired, she thoughtfully sent over a circus toy and stickers. During our visit, she even discreetly shared a hidden spot to watch the fireworks. She was attentive and meticulous every step of the way. All the staff were gentle and polite, actively helping with luggage and combining beds, and responding to requests super quickly. The entire stay was comfortable and fun, offering value for money far beyond other hotels in its category. If you're coming to Chimelong with kids, you absolutely can't go wrong here!

No need to rush; you can walk to the Chimelong International Circus and Ocean Kingdom. After check-in, she didn't intrude but was always there to respond promptly when needed. If we wanted park guides, she'd meticulously organize them; if we preferred a quiet floor, she'd quickly arrange it; her afternoon tea recommendations were spot-on. Upon returning from our excursions, she'd thoughtfully remind us about resting and pointed out the best spots for fireworks viewing, making our vacation even more enjoyable.
