Walking distance to tourist places. Overall is good, room is comfortable and clean

Nice location, 10’minutes walk from Times Square and Empire State Building. Carlos at reception was polite and courteous. Room was a bit smaller than we expected.

It is near time square , Room is very clean , silent and room service is good .

I really appreciated this hotel being my base. The staff were phenomenally friendly, welcoming and helpful. That made a big difference to me as this was my first time in NY, on a ten day trip alone. A big adventure. The mattress was firm (very important) AND there were feather pillows. Close to travel and amenities. It’s listed as three star. I see it as four star. Very good value for money.

Great location, great staff and clean comfortable room. I was here for six nights and I have nothing bad to say. Will definitely stay here again!

The 5th floor smelled like urine. I had to leave the hotel and couldnt spend the night there in that condition.

This HGI is a gem. Great location and our room was very clean and quiet. It is Manhattan so rooms are on the small size, but our room had a great layout and we did not feel boxed in or lacking space. The blackout shades were excellent and we could sleep easily. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Definitely consider this HGI if you are in Midtown.

The hotel check in and check out was quick and friendly. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. Even though it wasn’t our day to have the bedroom cleaned, the housekeeping staff gave us fresh towels and cleaned the bathrooms and trash cans

Beautiful place to stay close to Madison Square garden

Even though check in wasn't until 3pm (I think), they got me into a room instantly before noon. Super clean, super comfortable.

Excellent Hotel and great and friendly service.
