It was -10 degrees Celsius and there was no heating. They provided a small space heater, but it barely warmed up the room. When I asked for an extra blanket from room service, they gave me the one shown in the picture [presumably a thin, inadequate blanket]. A terrible experience. I won't be returning.

We stayed at this hotel 8 nights, I can say that the location was really perfect! We book a room for 4 person and was really okay the room for all of us. Can’t complain about the service and attention.

Great location near Penn Station and Times Square. Room was very clean and comfortable. Do note there are a few homeless individuals near the entrance, but it didn’t affect my stay.

The room is smaller than I thought, the location did close to Penn station however the neighbourhood don’t feel really safe. And need to be ready to wait for the elevator. The most confusing thing is base on the descriptions from trip.com the room should come with breakfast, however, I didn’t receive any voucher the day I check in. And the next morning the reception told me the room didn’t come with breakfast.

The location is very convenient, close to Times Square and empire building, only take 15-20 mins walk. The room does not provide water unless you are the member, but the convenient store is close

Good location and windows are thick enough to deter street noises. We had a good sleep every nihht. There are microwave and coffee macjine with coffeebean and tealeaves capsules. The only downside is I was not informed the 2 bottles of water is chargeable at usd3 per btl and I found out only at New York airport when they sent me the reciept via email.

The hotel was okay. First morning the shower was not hot enough other days a little better, but still not great. I would expect better from a Hilton hotel. The location was great and the price was good.

The location of the hotel is great—very convenient for visiting nearby attractions. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, and I even found a clipped fingernail on the floor, which was quite unpleasant. I hope the hotel can improve its housekeeping standards.

This is the worst Hilton Garden Inn I have ever stayed in. We checked in yesterday at 9 pm and what follows is a nightmare. The hotel didn’t honor their request and the air conditioning system in the room was broke down and the hair dryer was also broke down. The deceptive front desk cut my telephone set connection to the front desk to prevent us from complaining to them. They don’t provide any amenities at all. They limit one toilet paper roll per stay. I had to physically come down to the desk 6 times to get basic amenities. The front desk were not honest about their housekeeping service requests as generally you have to go to the front desk and demand them to do the housekeeping for you at least 3 times for them to send a housekeeper. I would suggest avoid this property at all costs
