It was better than the review.
There's Walmart supermarket connected to lobby, so easy to grab foods, milks, gifts... Also, all the hotel counter abd service people are nice. My room was quiet and yes you can hear if people close door really hard but it can happen to any hotel. There's separate Air conditioning so room was cool. You can control the temperature.
Also There's pizza restaurant and rental car service in the lobby. Very convenient location overall.

We booked a penthouse room with a pool and were super excited based on the photos and reviews we had seen online. However, our experience was far from what we had hoped for. Firstly, the hotel is located in a shopping center ***** with a shared parking lot, which was unexpected. The check-in experience was underwhelming; the staff seemed preoccupied and almost annoyed by our presence. They spoke only to my partner, who is a native Spanish speaker, and largely ignored me, despite advertising as a bilingual facility. Upon receiving our keycard, we found it did not unlock the room. We turned back to go to the reception are, only to be informed that we needed a different room, with no explanation given. The new room was a few doors down and initially seemed okay but was very dark and had an uninspiring view of construction and rooftops of local housing. The private plunge pool was on a second level, accessed by a winding staircase which had cracks and missing chunks from some of the steps. The pool area itself was in poor condition: chairs without cushions, a loose floor board with a hole, and neglected plants. The pool water was dirty with debris, making it unusable. Inside the room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke (we did not request a smoking room). The pillowcase had stains that looked like dead bug guts, and the bathroom towel had a clump of shaved hair prominently placed on it—which was revolting. When we reported this to the staff, the manager appeared indifferent but promised clean towels and a thorough room check. We decided to eat at the hotel restaurant, where the shrimp tacos were editable but fried, despite the menu not indicating this. The main guest pool water was somewhat cloudy and had visible debris, suggesting it hadn't been cleaned recently. Returning to our room, the cigarette smoke smell persisted. Further inspection revealed a clump of long, dark hair in the shower, entangled with what appeared to be a used tampon. That was the final straw. We left immediately and requested a refund, which, to their credit, was processed without issue.

The check-in was good, the guy on reception was kind and it seemed to be perfect vacation, but later happened 2 situations…
1. I left the part of my cash in a bag, and someone still 100 dollars from there, probably thinking, that “gringo” don’t calculate it… just 1 day before I took part from there to change and next day after midnight there were 1 banknote less. Of course I couldn’t prove it so it have no sense to tell about it.
2. Also smbd stole 1 chocolate (that’s not 100 dollars, but that was a present, which was bringing from another country - like a present from the trip)…
3. And last thing, there’s been an incident when three member staff were snooping around our room in our absence. And we have returned too early. They came up with excuses that they were worried about the safe situation. My friend had left her jacket in the safe. But that does not excuse them for intruding our space and letting our door open for everyone to see
The cleaning ladies cleaned our room more or less good (sometimes forget about balcony 😅) and they have never changed our bed linens, but we spend there 17 nights…
Little bit compensated by the good location, beach and tourist operator at the hotel, but not enough to fill yourself safely and comfortable.

We were able to secure a lake view room one week prior to our stay. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was good with good water pressure. The view from the balcony was also nice. Didn't interact too much with the staff. People at the front desk were helpful and were swift in checking us in and out.

Saya menempah suite dengan pemandangan laut sekitar $ 250 semalam, dan tinggal selama seminggu. We spent our honeymoon in TRS hotel with my wife. Check in was very quick and smooth unlike some other reviews i read takes a few hours, maybe it was on a weekday. Francisco at the check in counter was very helpful , he helped us upgraded our room to swim up suit and it was amazing! Sostenes and Cesar assigned as our butler for our stay and they were very helpful as well and always smiling. One thing I’d like to mentioned is that they said they have 25 minutes complementary spa for us for our honeymoon, and the reception told us to meet at the lobby next morning at 8:30am to take us to breakfast and to tour us around the resort. But the next morning we realized we have to attend to the sales center where they wants to sell us some traveling package which we didn’t expect, altho they are all very nice but we spent two hours there listening to them on the first morning of our stay and it was our honeymoon. wish they would let us know earlier then I would rejected, and they said we had to attend in order to claim the complimentary spa which at the beginning they said it’s for our honeymoon. Anyways, For food I highly recommended Gaucho steak house, we tried the bone in steak and they grill them with charcoal and it was very delicious , but the second time we went the steak was over cooked a bit. During our stayed we joined two activities, one is water aerobic and paddling. Both instructor was very fun and especially Dente. He was super friendly and patient! Overall we are satisfied with our stay, and would recommend to our friends.

Located at Cancun International Airport, we are just outside Terminal 2. We’re five minutes from Highway 307, with easy access to Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum. Our hotel is 30 minutes from downtown, the hotel zone, and Isla Mujeres ferry.
We have an on-site restaurant and bar, plus a panoramic terrace and outdoor pool.

Exceeded our expectations !!!! Amazing new hotel across the street from the airport . We booked four rooms for one night, as we had an early morning flight and had been in Isla Mujeres for a family trip . First and most important, the hotel was very clean. Check in was quick and the staff was very friendly. They even gave us vouchers for complimentary cocktails in the hotel bar. We had dinner at the restaurant on site . The fish tacos were the best that we had eaten on our 12 day trip . The room was cold , the bed comfortable and the shower hot . There were complimentary bottles of water in the room . The hotel also offers room service, which some of our group opted for . Unfortunately , we did not take advantage of the large pool area on the 3rd floor, but it did look inviting ! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodations close to the airport . The shuttle runs every 30 minutes 24 hours a day .

Great place to stay with included breakfast. We were canceled from our hotel last minute, and this was a great deal and much better than the one we had booked. Really enjoyed the stay and the view from the balcony. Clean and comfortable.

RRavneetinder Singh ShergillFantastic property in terms of commons areas. The rooms are pretty outdated and have an adjoining room which feels very unsafe. The pool and beach and breakfast is very good. If I was to give rating in terms of rooms no more than 3 star common areas are a 5 out of 5.

DDrumjayI've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place.
Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway.
Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more.
Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more.
Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too.
Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down.
Tips and Notes
-its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room.
-tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well!
-in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action!
-bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool.
-bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it!
-2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out
-there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time.
-while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

This hotel was unbelievable good value. We stayed here for a night en route to Isle Mujeres. Lively small hotel with tropical garden and small Pool. A great introduction to tropical Mexico coming from a cold and wet Ireland. The young man in reception was so nice and spoke some English. So after a quick check in we went to our room to drop the bags as it was around 9pm and we meeded to eat. We went across the road to a lovely outdoor pizzeria and had a delicious pizza. Again staff there were so friendly. Came back to bed. The room had two double beds for 4 of us and it was grand. Hot showers, clean room and comfy beds. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. We thought it would be a continental Breakfast but we had a proper Mexican breakfast. We left that morning but could have stayed a few more days as it was so nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel . There were kids enjoying the pool as we left. The pool area is shaded as are the grounds so it’s like an oasis in the city.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was nice and clean. Food was just ok. I've had better at an all inclusive resort. We only stayed for 1 night so we didn't get to enjoy the pool but it looked nice. We booked the ocean view room and I must say I'm so glad we did! The view was gorgeous. The room itself was pretty big and very clean. My only complaint about the room is we couldn't find an outlet to charge our phones.
Coming from Tulum, I booked the room for 1 night so we could relax before catching an early morning flight back home. When booking the room I read that kids were not permitted so I was under the impression it was an adult only resort. I guess I should have read the description better because this resort is very family friendly.
Service was great! From check in to check out the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Great place for families, maybe not so much of your looking for a quiet getaway.

PPengguna TetamuWhere do I start from? Daniel , Erik and the whole squad were exceptional. SLS Cancun is situated in the Marina which is probably the most expensive and most luxurious place in the whole of Cancun. There are loads of restaurants and a big shopping mall literally 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. The Marina is amazing with loads of fine dinning and descent priced restaurants. I stayed in one of the suites which happens to have 2 bathrooms and a full ocean view. The best thing about this hotel and the area (the Marina) is how private, secure (tho Cancun is safe) and affluent the area is. I call the area little Miami. If you want a loud noisy area, this is not the place for you. But if you want a bit of class and then drive into the noisy area and back to peace then SLS is for you. People pay to come to the beach so it’s a private beach but obviously free for hotel guest , so you will never see a rowdy group of people. I rented a car during my stay through the hotel without even paying a deposit to the car company and obviously you get Valet parking every time. The guys are attentive and always happy to help.Ask for Daniel and Erik, those guys are everything you need. I’ll see you soon.

PPengguna TetamuThe experience was greatly diminished when the hotel charged $150.00 for the room and key deposits. That was almost equal to the price of my entire stay. This should have been listed in the hotel description. Only stating that additional charges may be charged does not warn of the excessive charge I received. In addition, I am still fighting with them to get part of the deposit back. I travel frequently and this charge was definitely more than most hotels. And obviously, if complaints are not lodged, the deposits are not returned.

The location is about 5-10 min walk to the main area of downtown with all the shops and markets.
The property was very well Kept and clean. My room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. The pool was a nice bonus after exploring all day.
The property has a front gate so it made the hotel feel very secure and safe at all hours.
Overall no issues with the hotel itself.

Communication and checkin
I waited outside the gate for 40 minutes to check in because no one was at the front desk. I tried to call with no answer and ctrip also tried calling with no answer. When I finally saw got checked in the man on the phone said I absolutely did not wait that long and he has just talked me to (he did not). There was no apology for the wait or anything and it came off like that fact that I waited so long was a lie (I do have my conversation with the ctrip agent where we talked about both of us not being able to get ahold of the hotel).
I had also asked them if they could help me order a taxi for 4am. The man responded and when I asked to confirm price he didn’t respond for 4 days at which point I had already checked out and left.

BBrianThe hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure.
The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of.
*** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports.
I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive.
Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering.
FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell.
Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped.
Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes.

PPengguna TetamuOverall this is a decent resort with a good amount of entertainment for a younger crowd. There are lots of options for dining but if you spend your time in the buffet, the options will get a bit repetitive and are lesser in quality. There are different shows and parties each day with a new theme to keep things fresh. The staff are nice but do expect to wait in a line for drinks at most any of the bars. The rooms were clean but are beginning to show a bit of their age. Check in was smooth and checkout was even easier. They do offer Covid testing if that is something that you will need but be sure to book when you arrive as time slots can fill up quickly. Overall, the strong points of this hotel are the massive and beautiful pool, a long and well maintained beach, many options for dining, and a fun and active atmosphere.

PPengguna TetamuThe accommodations at All Ritmo were exceptional! The desk staff was efficient, friendly, and answered all questions in detail. The dining staff - waiters and servers also were cordial and ensured that everything necessary for a fantastic experience was provided. The same with the pool bar staff.... very friendly and accommodating. The desk staff arranged transportation several times - it was on time and the drivers were cordial. I am recommending that my family and friends also choose All Ritmo when they travel to Cancun. My son and I thank the staff of All Ritmo for a wonderful holiday.
