This is our third stay at this location, and it is going just down the drain! We found it dirty, out dated furniture, breakfast in the "restaurant" was questionable. When we told friends and family and we were staying there, they told that is was the wrong choice. Well, next time we will choose a different location.

Great position, lovely big room, but...they had assured me of a parking place - there were none - so had to park on the side of the road a mile away and lug the bags down the road and leave our car full of holiday stuff untended. Not impressed as I'd booked this specially as they'd promised parking in what I knew would be a very busy season. Also the restaurant is pants - don't bother with it - just go out.

Location of Hotel very good If you don't mind not having your sheets changed for 4 days stay here If you don't want or need help from the receptionist or hotel manager stay here If you don't mind not having more than two choices at dinner time stay here The best thing about staying at this hotel was that we had only 4 days to endure the food, which was awful It states it's a 4 star hotel, it's the worst 4 star hotel i have ever stayed in

hotel is in a nice location. poor food. beer due date was 5 years ago !!!!! lemonade as well, due date was 2011!!!!! will avoid hotel for good! nice harbor, nice little town. hotel building doesn't fit into nice little town. nice town to stay over for one night

The hotel is in front of the sea and has wonderful views, mainly in the upper flats. The room was good, although not very big but when we arrived the floor and the desk had sand on them. The telephone did not worked and the second day of our stay the room was not cleaned at 14, 30 hours. There is only one elevator at the hotel which obliged us to wait frequently for a while. All those details are not precisely corresponding to a four star hotel. Staff were friendly but a little bit inefficient. The price was a little bit high for the service.

This hotel continues to go back like a crab. Every time we come/stay here, we noticed less services provided. The cafeteria and restaurant are closed. The breakfast area in the basement was freezing, the selection of the buffet items are limited. The rooms windows are very dirty. In three day, we only saw two employees.

Unfortunately I have to agree with some of the reviews as the hotel does not deserve 4 stars. Maybe 3 and a half, but 4 definitely not. Many of the things are degraded (baseboards, closet doors, floors) but are clean. The room was quite spacious and apart from the degrated points there is not much else to say. Breakfast was not very varied but included the basics. Parking was not free, but there was a place very close by, with plenty of spaces available. The best thing about the hotel is definitely the location, as it is right in front of the port/beach.
