Disappointing for a 5 star property. They contacted a day prior to ask what time I would be checking in. I came in a bit later than the time mentioned and still had to wait 15-20 mins for the room to be ready. Check out was slow as well. Rooms are clean but old and need improvement. Breakfast buffet had mediorce options. Staff barely smile at you. Stayed at 3 star properties with much better outcome

It was our second day as we extended our stay. Good Place to stay no doubt. Good can be improved as we tried the buffet for dinner but it wasn’t that great. Staff were fantastic as usual

The experience was good overall. Initially they got the room wrong and therefore didn't have us registered for breakfast but this was fixed and they allowed us to shower in the room that was given to us first so we didn't lose time. The staff are helpful and the grounds are good. The location is amazing, a 2 minutes walk to the beach and on the end of a main road full or shops and bars.

Such a lovely hotel. Staff friendly and obliging. Urmila, the chef is an absolute asset to your hotel. What a beautiful lady. She definitely cooks from her heart . Rayna, the FnB manager is lovely also. The pool was lovely and relaxing and the pool staff were very nice and obliging. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone

We celebrated our father’s 80th birthday at the beach grill. The arrangements, food , complimentary cake and excellent hospitality by the staff made our experience at the hotel memorable. Special mention for the duty manager Peevania who went out of her way to make our trip comfortable.
