One of the best hotel in hanoi with great hospitality... the services really 5 stars... the hotel buffet definitely perfection ...really they have a great great breakfast in hanoi... i love the room the food the people ... i will make sure comeback in this hotel for sure... Everyone really nice ... Henry Nguyen especially who take care good of me during my 3 days 2 night in the hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is well decorated and clean which gave me a comfortable stay in there. What I impressed most are the services provided. We were served with welcome drinks and some vietnam sweets upon arrival. While we were briefed on the facilities and breakfast time by a staff, our luggage were sent to the room which was already in a good temperature when we got into the room. Fruits were prepared and placed on a table with a welcome card. We were also given vouchers for free cocktails on the roof top bar with a nice scenery of the lake. Further, the staff were very friendly and helpful on suggesting places to go and assisting in calling grabs to get around the area. Special thanks to Jennie who has been taking care of us during our stay. I do recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a visit to Hanoi.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Sinfonía, and I can confidently say it's one of the best hotels I've experienced. The food and drinks are simply outstanding, easily the best in town. The rooftop bar offers an amazing view of the city, making it the perfect place to unwind with a cocktail. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing 5-star treatment throughout my stay. I would highly recommend La Sinfonía to anyone looking for a memorable experience. Just next to Hoan Kiem Lake, convenient for city walk around old quarter. A boutique hotel, good service and facilities at this price range. Really love the Spa at hotel.

This hotel provides an excellent breakfast in a stylish restaurant. From the rooftop bar you have a view over the Hoan Kiem Lake because you sit in the “First Row”. On the weekend you have a lot of activities just in front of the hotel, when I was there they had a Tango dance event - open air … really impressive ! The staff is very supportive, many thanks to Jenny and Nghia to manage me through the city. 

Excellent customer service! The staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a good stay. They assisted in booking my day trip to Ha long bay and water puppet show tickets. The welcome letter and spa, massage and restaurant vouchers were a great touch as well. Location was perfect. The water pressure was great and warm, room decor was classy and bed was comfortable. The only downside was the room lighting wasn’t great for doing makeup and my room didn’t have a window with a view. Super minor and didn’t negatively impact my visit at all.

Wonderful stay at La Sinfonia del Rey...extremely helpful staff...always willing to offer advice, give recommendations, answer our queries and the service was excellent. The location of the hotel gave us convenient access to many special events during our stay. Would definitely book again when next I visit Hanoi!

Very good service especially the front desk lady. The restaurant is good but not too many option in the menu.

Location is wonderful. Right in front of the lake, and right by the old town. Food and spas and shops are all within easy walking distance. Even the famed metropole hotel is just 10 min walk away. Breakfast is included and is served at the rooftop restaurant that has a great view of the lake. It includes both local and western offerings and many vegetarian options.

This hotel in the heart of old quarters had such a convenient location! The rooms were clean. But what stands out is the service. They go out of their way to welcome you and help you with everything. Making reservations, coming to check if everything is ok. All the staff were exceptionally warm so it’s unfair to name one person. Yet I will name Loc Luu and Vi Bui as people who were so helpful. We had a birthday in our group and they met us with a cake at breakfast without us saying anything. And even presented the birthday girl with a gift of a Vietnamese bowl. In fact, we had asked where to buy this item, and the fact that they procured it for the birthday showed that they really paid attention to what we needed! They took care to make sure we were kept safe during the typhoon. Never had I had a hotel stay where they came up to us at breakfast to tell us that they were able to give us a late checkout for 2 out of 3 of our rooms. Their attention to detail and follow up is amazing.
