可能是那天入住時已接近晚上10點，自助入住，按攜程發來的一道密碼，找到房間🔑，再密碼，感覺有點探險，一個人的話，最好天亮時入住。花園蠻大，也精心佈置過，就是房間內桌子太小，用電腦都攤不開，衞生間也小。總體乾淨。

Very well appointed, comfortable and easy short walk from the station and the historic centre. Booking was simple, email instructions were very good and made our late arrival and access to our room very easy. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order and staff were very friendly. Couldn’t fault it for comfort and character and will be recommending it to friends.

We stayed for the weekend, me and my friend, for her birthday . Great location just outside the town centre . The room was spotless . shower, not so good, but did the job breakfast wasn't the best, but it was OK. I have had a lot worse . We had a problem with our booking due to *********** not the b&b fault, and the young guy sorted for us with minimal fuss. All in all, we had a lovely stay

Four of us stayed in two rooms here as we were visiting the Chris**as Market. We found it perfectly situated for everywhere we wanted to go. The Manager was very friendly and helpful on arrival and the rooms were comfortable. The shower/ bathroom was clean and well maintained, if a little tight, but overall we enjoyed our stay. We had a lovely, well cooked breakfast, although, it was very busy and the poor waitress was run off her feet trying to cope with everything, we ended up having to find our own cups, saucers and cutlery from the sideboard, still, a minor inconvenience. So, all in all, a nice stay at a reasonable price. We shall be returning again. Thank you to all involved.

The room was fine, the guy on reception (although new and not very experienced) was fine - my only issue was that the pub was closed the night we stayed - and I wasn't expecting that.... it would appear the pub is only open certain nights of the week and that is not made clear on their site... also parking is a bit of an issue as everywhere around is permit parking only. However it is a great location to walk into the city, and Canterbury is really lovely.

Amazing customer service, the young water was very friendly, staff go above and beyond for guests, room was very clean and bed was made oh so lovely. I could not fault anything about my room or experience here

I felt i had to write a review about the recently opened restaurant. It was both excellent service and the meal was superb. I enjoyed the grilled ribeye steak dressed with chimichurri served on a bed of mash potatoes, honeygarlic roasted carrrots with grilled asparagus wrapped in Parma ham. All this for £24, excellent value for money. I shall definitely be returning for seconds !

We stayed while attending a conference at the university. The location was excellent (close to the town center, easy to reach the university, close to the train station) and the hosts were very hospitable and easygoing! We stayed in the garden suite and really enjoyed the access to the garden from our room, which was also very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic!
