和朋友一起武漢行出發前提前做了好多攻略和功課，酒店也是千挑萬選終於找到我第一眼就愛了的，酒店食酒店風格和設施真的很有格調，設計感滿滿當時就是被它的顏值吸引的哈哈哈，然後酒店的服務真的沒話説前台03小姐姐真的很用心服務細節體貼入住還幫我免費升級了房型（因為我想靠外面的房間欣賞風景，想看一看沙湖），我和朋友都很稀飯入住期間整個過程都很愉快小姐姐還親自幫忙提行李拿東西，細節真的沒法説，房間裏面免費的水和飲料無限喝一樓大堂能量補給站提供各種免費的水果小吃飲品，台出門也很方便靠近漢街還有小吃街對於我這個吃貨方便了很多，做了很久的攻略,最終選擇了這家酒店!交通非常便利,離黃鶴樓、長江大橋、户部巷、武昌起義革命紀念館都很近!溜達着去江邊，再去碼頭坐輪渡。入住的時候小姐姐很細心地介紹了各種服務，酒店的小姐姐服務態度超級好!那個問題都會很細心解答，會再來的!家人都超級滿意!酒店整體環境舒適雅緻，設計感十足。房間整潔,無異味，設施設備齊全。配套有洗衣服務，滿足住了洗衣需求，酒店對面就是商業街區，有麥當勞、霸王茶姬、瑞幸，真心推薦給想住漢街附近的朋友。

酒店房間很寬敞，位置緊挨楚河漢街，出行方便，價格在市區中不算貴，還比較合理，雖然酒店裝修時間比較久，不過房間很明亮，乾淨整潔，無異味，非常喜歡房間的飄窗，衹是最近旁邊在施工，還是有點點噪音的，不過酒店設施也比較齊全，前台服務規範，非常熱情，入住體驗很不錯，前台還提供了免費的糖果和耳塞，酒店下面還有一個超大的地下停車場，完全不用擔心沒車位，退房可以在前台購買停車券，非常方便

超5星好評，過年期間這個酒店是唯一沒漲價的。我是臨時半夜攜程定的酒店，夜班值班人員小柳接電話精神抖擻的，酒店帶2個早餐名額，瞭解到我們帶了一個13歲的大孩子，加送了一個早餐名額。年關酒店車位很緊張，我們外地出遊武漢，帶着孩子東西多，前台特意提前把後院車位給我們留了一個。入住2晚，免費升級了房間，房間很寬敞，廁所有2個洗漱池，單床也很寬敞，都是1.35米的。送了下午茶，慕斯蛋糕很好吃也很漂亮。酒店早餐也相當豐富，牛肉麪好吃一級棒。出行方便。樓下有爺爺不泡茶和賽百味，點外賣機器人送上樓。我兒子特別喜歡機器人，早上醒了都問機器人來了沒🤣

The hotel is I think the best in town, for price, and everything it’s offers. First, service is impeccable, warm, attentive , thoughtful. They delivered all our food takeouts to our rooms. When we left they packed us food for the road. Then, rooms are clean and with everything needed, the only thing to pick, is one of the TV ( we had tow tvs in the room) had bad connections. There was a massage chair in the room , and a tea set ( a full Cantonese tea set). I love the fact their toilet is separated from the shower. And there’s a free parking for guests in the building. Breakfast selection was great too! Definitely recommend it to all kinds of travellers.

衹此一次，以後絕不住這。剛到停車場，不讓進，説是住店，還嘚啵嘚啵不停，説好多不住店停這的，給看了訂單才進。洗澡花灑根本不能卸下來，洗的不方便。大床房其實是兩個床拼一起的。外面不遠處有工程，比較吵。外賣不讓送進來，放前台都不行，衹放在門外台階上。

距離地鐵口大概5分鐘內能走到，而且地鐵有扶梯。對面就是凱德mall商場，有當地的湖北菜連鎖，外賣可以點到附近老字號的早餐，盒馬，連鎖排隊的湖北菜，很方便。 外賣是機器人送的，非常安全。 浴室水流大，不用擔心高峯用水。 酒店整體看起來比較乾淨明亮，大堂可以免費吃橘子，喝桔子汁。 房間是小度智能聯動的，開關窗簾，燈，都很方便，而且電視可以投屏。 有冰箱，一次性封袋的洗漱用具，熱水壺，吹風機。 8層有洗衣機和烘乾機，可以快洗，非常方便。 前台很熱情，每次回來都會打招呼，基本上要求都可以滿足的。 吃了兩次酒店的早餐，牛肉粉推薦一下，早餐也有聽裝的可樂，美年達，水果，蔬菜之類是標配。 建議北方的朋友訂這邊，距離武漢高鐵站比較近，去省博和東湖都，黃鶴樓周邊都不遠。

We spent one night at this Courtyard; it is located center of Downtown in a historic building, room is very specious, even you need take some adventure to find your room. Deco is nice and it appeared clean. But after we turn down the bed, the sheet is not clean at all, there is hair on the sheet and spots stains you can see, it was very disgusting. I call the front desk, the lady said if we like to change a room, that time almost 9:30, after a long driving I said just bring some clean sheet and she came and said to me that she is sorry, and your breakfast will be comp. When I check in that lady did not even mention about breakfast until I asked since I am a titanium member, said to me that they only give me $10.00x2 for the bistro which the typical breakfast cost $14.00 plus a coffee $4.50. Anyway, I took that as compensation for the dirty sheet, after I got home, my credit card showed they charged my breakfast, I called back that person said she has nothing to do and asked me to call back next day morning. So whole experience let me really down for that trip.

Room was spotlessly clean. Love these little kitchenette set ups as I pack as much healthy food as I can for my time on the road & the full size fridge is handy. Slept well on very comfortable bed w/triple sheets & lots of fat, fluffy pillows. Free wifi w/great signal, plenty of easily accessible outlets and enough work space to attend to business without feeling cramped. But more importantly, I cannot begin to say enough nice things about the young men at the front desk. Jason was the perfect combination of friendly & efficient at check-in, which is a welcome relief after a long day on the road. Next morning, John went out of his way on my behalf & printed off some much needed paperwork with cheery ”No problem, glad to help you out!” and I was quickly on my way. Highly recommend & will definitely be my first choice next time I'm in the area.

The front desk staff was very friendly. There was a sign stating they did not offer housekeeping due to Covid-19 but our room was clean, despite that “ moldy old-hotel” smell which eventually disappeared. The only real issues was the beds—the mattress sits on top of some type of metal pedestal. When you rolled over it made a sound like metallic thunder or popping sheet metal. Both beds made the sound but one more so than the other. We also heard the same sound through the walls so I know it was not an isolated issue and there would be no reason to complain about it. The beds are comfy even if you feel like there is an thunderstorm happening outside. The room was booked for queen sized beds but I am pretty sure they were actually full size. (I sleep on a queen size and these beds seemed to be quite smaller.) That was not such a big deal but it could be an issue if there is two people sharing a bed. I appreciated the later breakfast hours of 7a-10a, instead of the customary 6-9.
