This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here And I can honestly say it was better than the first time if that is possible. The staff are friendly and so accommodating. The breakfast is amazing and the Morii restaurant is a taste experience, well worth a visit. As a wheelchair user, the accessibility is perfect, our room did not look in least bit “ disabled’ yet it accommodated my needs. The guest experience manager, Mkho, organised a shower chair for me that made my husband Adam’s caring role much easier and more comfortable for me. Can’t wait to come back.

I took my sister on this trip to Capetown. Everything was awesome. The service was top tier, from the concierge assisting us with local places to explore , to the on sight restaurants. I’ll definitely come back in the future. I was just disappointed with the hair on the bathroom floor upon checking in. We also had to request robes & sleepers as opposed to finding them available in the room.

This is a very nice (new) hotel close to the downtown and Waterfront area. A twenty minute walk to either location (not an easy walk) - they do have canal water taxi service available to take you to the waterfront. Definitely worth the experience. The breakfast service is delightful but can get crowded at times due to their catering of large tour groups. Rooms are nice, AC unit works very well, showers hot, tv selection extensive, and service awesome. Recommend for those looking for a very nice hotel at a reasonable rate. One downfall to the hotel / location is that is bucks up to the container / shipping area so when vessels come in you will hear a lot of container unloading noise at night. Ask for an ”even” numbered room so you are on the opposite side and you get a view of Table Mountain

We stayed at the V&A Hotel, conveniently located in the V&A Waterfront of Cape Town during our visit last month. The hotel is in a fantastic location close to all of the downtown tourist spots and restaurants. If you want a good view splurge for the Mountain Facing rooms as they look out over the harbor toward Table Mountain. Good sized rooms with all the amenities you'd expect at this price range plus a really nice breakfast and Staff. I'd definitely stay in this hotel again if in town.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel with an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk to the waterfront. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. Although I didn't have breakfast during my stay, it looked quite good. Overall, considering the price and the convenient location, I have no complaints about my experience at the hotel.

We stayed 5 night in a villa on the island. I certainly recommend the villas. Attentive, helpful, polite staff; high quality amenities - including high powerful hairdryer, candle, bath salts, shampoo, conditioner, pillow spray, robe, slippers, etc. Perfect structure of the room, spacious, beautifully decorated, every item working and silent; every night, one kind message or a special gift from the housekeeping staff . All these things help us relax and enjoy every moment. Delicious and complete breakfast. Good options of restaurants inside the hotel. Walking distance to the Waterfront shops and malls. The right place to be in Cape Town. Surely I will stay again and again. It definitely helped define the wonderful impression we had from Cape Town!

Location was a bit walking distance from waterfront. And the roads were under construction, it was not easy to access Uber or cabs. It was also the convention time, the hotel was packed. Breakfast hours were very noisy and food was soso. It would be a great location for business travelers to the convention centers. Staff were all very friendly and quick checking in and out. But besides the hotel, there was nothing nearby to do at night.
