Ulasan Radisson Red Hotel V and A Waterfront Cape Town

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to all restaurants and shops of the V&A Waterfront, in a very secure environment. Everything in the CT Radisson Red seems to have been designed to be functional and to serve a primarily professional clientele. The decoration is modern "industrial" style, particularly the 2 entrances, the reception and the restaurant. The rooms are more welcoming and comfortable, as is the "rooftop". The staff was pleasant but not always very concentrated. We booked online a room with 2 single beds and made a special request that we be granted 2 single beds. We repeated the same request when we checked in. But when we opened the door of the room, we found out that it had a large double bed... And it took some time for us to get the right room, in spite of the fact that we were very tired. We also failed to receive a refill of Nespresso capsules every day of our 4 day stay. Breakfast was in a form of buffet, with some hot dishes on a menu. We regretted however the lack of originality and sophistication, as met in similar hotels in South Africa, especially for guests who stay for 4 nights or more..
