DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. THEY ARE A SCAM. They advertised for 3 nights at R10 000. R60 000 was taken off our card and when we phoned hotel to cancel and explain situation nobody got back to us for several weeks. When they did they refused to refund us. They refused to acknowledge the error and claimed it was a non-refundable booking. BUT THE INCORRECT AMOUNT WAS TAKEN. STOLEN in fact. We still do not have our R60 000. We are currently taking them to court. This hotel is corrupt with DISGUSTING, UNHELPFUL THIEVES as owners and employees.

The O two hotel was a wonderful boutique hotel to start our trip to South Africa. The staff and service were incredible. I highly recommend letting the hotel arrange for airport pick up and any private driver needs you might have. Our room was spacious and clean.

Expensive and not quite living up to my expectations. I booked a seaview suite but had to stand on the balcony to see the sea. Staff is great!

We stayed 4 nights at O'Two. We liked that it was away from the touristy waterfront area but just a short Uber ride from it. Rooms were good sizes, very clean and comfortable. All the staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. Although there's no restaurant on site, there was one next door which was excellent for breakfast. It was a treat to have the ocean view while we were having breakfast. Highly recommend

Stayed 4 nights at O’Two. 2 couples. Rooms were good sizes. Very clean and very helpful and friendly staff. We went for the ocean view but that was hardly worth it. We could only see just a sliver of the ocean.
My husband usually woke up 1.5 hrs before me so he went down to the lobby to read. One of the reception staff brought him coffee! Note that the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant. There is Lily’s next door which was excellent for breakfast.

Stayed 4 nights. Rooms are pretty good size. Everything was clean and looked new. Bathroom was opened to the bedroom so it was a little inconvenient for my husband who woke up1.5 hours before me. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Made a dinner reservation for us on the first night. Although there’s no restaurant at the hotel, Lily’s next door was open for breakfast at 7:30. Food at breakfast was excellent. You can order room service from there too. We loved being by the ocean and out of the crowded V&A Waterfront.

WOW! JUST WOW! This was one of the absolutely highlights of our trip. We were in Cape Town to celebrate my 30th birthday. The service in the hotel, was honestly exceptional. The small details e.g. bed turn down service in the evening, with chocolates by housekeeping, exceeded our expectations. All of the staff were so welcoming, and we felt as though we were family returning home. The views from the rooftop pool were PHENOMENAL. The walk to V&A waterfront is about 15 minutes. We will definitely be returning here. Breakfast next door at Lillies was also nice, but there are lots of cafes and coffee shops nearby within 5-10 mins walking for breakfast. We can't wait to return!
