definitely going back at thr hotel , worthy every penny spent

This hotel is in the centre of the CBD. It’s closer to many local amenities and long street. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a variety of options and the restaurant is open until very late at night and has local and international cuisines like Korean short rib and Vietnamese spring roll. The rooms are very clean and spacious. They have The Grotto Spa within the hotel which I highly recommend. I definitely would suggest you check it out if you plan to visit Cape Town.

Overall we were pretty satisfied with our stay. The rooms are large and comfortable and the communal areas are smart and clean. The hotel location is excellent, near kloof street which has lots of lovely places to eat and drink. The gym and pool area are both well maintained and modern. Service is sadly a bit of a weak spot. Everyone was very friendly but food orders were slow, porters dropped luggage, reception gave inaccurate information. A little refinement and staff training would greatly improve the whole experience. That being said, I would still recommend the hotel overall and believe it provides good value for money!

The hotel is located in the best part of Cape Town and next to a very beautiful park. Its rooms are very beautiful, cozy and clean. The behavior of the staff is very friendly and kind. The food was hearty, tasty and of high quality. My wife and daughter and I stayed at this hotel for four nights in March 2024. It was a very good but short stay. Due to the tight schedule of visiting Cape Town, it was not possible to use the pool and spa, but I hope that we will have a longer stay in this hotel next time

The perfect place. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was perfect. The location was amazing, and you can see Table Mountain during eating breakfast. Everything is good in capital 15 on orange. Nadia and Caitlin are wonderful and help us so much. I really appreciate you ❤️

When I arrived I was greeted with a warm smile. I forgot the managers name but she recognised me from precious stays. Siya and Mo at reception made my check in, and stay so much better, they have amazing attention to detail and their friendlt, welcoming personalities made everything that much better. All requests and enquiries were sorted so quickly they are the best. Shout out to Paul the chef for making breakfast extra special with his amazing omelettes each morning, I recommend his chilli omelettes with blue berries (trust me). I also recommend the Spa as well, the staff there were amazing and welcoming. Siya, at concierge was very attentive and very helpful. This is my 5th stay at the Capital and I do not think I will stay anywhere else in Cape Town.

Stayed here for three nights prior to going on a cruise, could not recommend enough, excellent restaurant at very reasonable prices for a five star hotel. Only 30 minutes from the airport, also plenty of bars and other eating establishments, only a block away, if you wanted to eat or drink elsewhere,

Very friendly staff . Clean and modern hotel. Lovely rooms & restaurant. Central for most amenities. Good varied menu with excellent wines. Very friendly staff . Pleasant facilities and would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stayin Cape Town

Location is good to walk to the parks and museums. It is a long walk to the V&A Wharf so you might want to take a cab ride there.Room was a nice size and it was clean. There was some banging noise we could hear in the bathroom but not the bedroom.The cabinet over the coffee maker had very sharp corners so you need to mind your head as you go in and out of the bathroom as you could easily hit it on the sharp corners. The load sharing causes the power to go off in the hotel. They have generators, however, you can’t make coffee until 6 pm as they turn off the power to the outlets. The closet was very small. Staff was very friendly and willing to please, but they didn’t always understand what we were trying to communicate like the fact the one elevator wasn’t working and needed service. This is a decent hotel, but it isn't close to the V&A if you want to be near those shops and restaurants.
