Our family of four recently stayed at the Vineyard in Cape Town. We can't say enough great things about our stay. The property is absolutely beautiful, with grounds you can walk around. The gym is outstanding and in the indoor and outdoor pools are beautiful. The daily breakfast was completely ”over the top” and not to be missed. We stayed in one of the Garden Cottages which were absolutely wonderful!

This is my 2nd visit to cape town . I Booked suit room for 5 night , at the time of check in they said they are over booked and they cant give me suit for 1st night , it was so windy and cold 4 degree temperature, heater was not working in the room, and they didn't provide extra heater too. All they gave is just blankets, Next day went for breakfast, there was no chocolate for cafe mocha with them and asking me to pay extra to get from starbucks They had a huge group of a indian show fear factor and i feel they only focus them because they giving them huge revenue If this review is seen by any hotel staff , no need to apologize to me at all , you all should resign from the job , put the shutter down and close the entire hotel permanently, you all are spoiling the name of Hayatt in Capetown. Pathetic hotel Pathetic staff Pathetic service Never gonna stay in this hotel again.

This is a very nice (new) hotel close to the downtown and Waterfront area. A twenty minute walk to either location (not an easy walk) - they do have canal water taxi service available to take you to the waterfront. Definitely worth the experience. The breakfast service is delightful but can get crowded at times due to their catering of large tour groups. Rooms are nice, AC unit works very well, showers hot, tv selection extensive, and service awesome. Recommend for those looking for a very nice hotel at a reasonable rate. One downfall to the hotel / location is that is bucks up to the container / shipping area so when vessels come in you will hear a lot of container unloading noise at night. Ask for an ”even” numbered room so you are on the opposite side and you get a view of Table Mountain

the guest house was taken last minute, booked at 8pm and checked in an hour later. It is an old city house on the upper slopes of the city, it is styled and very individual, and everything in good taste. the floors are hard wood throughout the house, so you can hear footstep. The breakfast was bliss, and prepared by a lady, Miss Lisa. She makes everything to order, so hot and flavorful. The only downside was off-street parking, as I had to park my car 200m away downhill. I do live in the city, and did not want to commute after a night out drinking and dinner, I recommend this guest house and it is super.

The location was great. A safe place to stay and enjoy the waterfront eateries and shoppings. Beautiful environment with cool weather most of the time. Staff were friendly and provided a good service.

This accommodation was a fantastic few in the beautiful city of Cape Town. Very eclectic mix of visitors from young backpackers, families and couples. We stayed in an en-suite double room which was perfect for our needs. There are so many beautiful communal areas to relax in and the bar was always relaxing and comfortable. They have organised activities that you can join or you can simply use it as a base to stay in. Would thoroughly recommend and it’s great to know that some of the revenue goes to a worthy cause.
