I recently had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Cape Town - Upper Eastside, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The first thing that caught my attention was the stunning views that the hotel offers. Whether you're enjoying a meal in the restaurant or relaxing in your room, the scenery is simply breathtaking. Knowing that my vehicle was safely parked on the premises provided an added sense of comfort during my stay. We stayed for 3 nights but the housekeeper didn't seem to clean the room properly. My rubbish such as used coffee cup didn't get cleared. View is terrible as well. I got the largest room but my room faced the KPMG sign. The sign is on 24/7 and we couldn't get a proper sleep.

這家酒店地理位置優越，我們訂了山景較大角落間客房，可以欣賞到桌山和獅子山的美景，交通不算太便利，但是房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，早餐豐富多樣，非常滿意的一次入住體驗。 酒店環境優美，服務人員熱情周到，是一個放鬆休閑的好去處。 唯一遺憾的是房間稍稍有些陳舊，希望酒店能及時進行裝修更新。 儘管價格稍微偏高，但酒店的服務質量確實相當出色，物有所值。 酒店設施齊全，游泳池和健身房都很不錯，值得推薦給喜歡健身的朋友們。 酒店的自助早餐氛圍非常好，服務生態度熱情，菜品樣式豐富，囗味地道，每次用餐都讓人心情愉悦。 前台接待效率有些慢，入住時花了較長時間去確認訊息，希望能夠提高服務效率。 總體來説，這家酒店給我們的印象非常好，下次還會選擇入住。

I enjoyed the service despite a few issues. I can still recommend it to friends and family.

I had to stay at this hotel for 2weeks due to the strike. It was amazing. The service was lovely from the ladies at the desk (especially the one with the dreadlocks) sorry forgot her name. The guys that park the guests cars were always friendly,welcoming and helpful. Would definitely visit again. The gym facilities were my highlight.

Amazing, super good room, very clean, great service, both room service and reception and in reception, The food is great and just wow, i cant imagine i am having a same taste of sambar like what i have back in India. Very good quality food in the Bombay brasseries restaurant. Breakfast was very good, you get every thing one need from Asia. 24 hours heated swimming pool with Suana. I will Highly recommend any one to stay, you will never go wrong with this choice, its superb.

酒店地理位置也非常好，邊上就是海濱購物商場，水族館這些。周圍環境也很安全。 但是房間裏有蚊子，睡前拍死兩衹，依舊還有蚊子會吵你睡覺! 刷牙杯在我要刷牙拿起來的時候破了，把手劃破了，當天太晚太累就自己貼個創可貼睡覺了。第二天退房，和酒店前台説了這兩件事情，他們很無所謂的態度。

This hotel was absolutely beautiful but definitely a bit overpriced. The rooms are beautiful and spacious but we were a little disappointed with the housekeeping as there was bird poop on our balcony floor and even after telling them to clean it they didn’t. For the price we definitely expected more. The location is perfect for shopping and the aquarium. Breakfast and room service food were all very good.

Excellent. A pure moment of relaxation and luxury. Afternoon tea is a must! Breakfast is absolutely amazing, and the overall service is outstanding!
