Un gran hotel, tiene todas las comodidades, excelente ubicación, Andrea nos recibió y despidió, fue muy atento y amable, lo único que pueden mejorar es tener opciones veganas como leches o yogurts para el desayuno. En general superó nuestras expectativas.

Capri Tiberio Palace is truly the best hotel in Capri and the Jacky Bar is, without a doubt, one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The service here is nothing short of spectacular, thanks to Vincenzo, the bar manager, and his exceptional team Melinda and Serena. Every time I walk in, they greet me warmly, and before I even have to ask, my favorite drink is already being prepared. The atmosphere is the perfect blend of sophisticated and cozy comfort—a place where you can unwind and enjoy the company of both friends and strangers who quickly become friends. But let’s talk about the cocktails. Vincenzo is more than just a bartender; he’s an alchemist, a true artist in his craft. Each drink is meticulously crafted, a masterpiece in a glass, both in taste and presentation. The cocktails here are the best I’ve ever had—each sip is a reminder of the pure excellence that defines this place. The level of professionalism, the warm and friendly atmosphere, and the sheer artistry of the perfectly curated cocktails make Jacky Bar an absolute must-visit. Many thanks to Vincenzo, Serena, and Melinda for making every visit unforgettable. I can’t wait to return!

Ho passato 5 giorni a Capri con mio marito e siamo venuti 4 volte tra pranzo e cena qui. Personale professionale a partire dal mêtre Massimo che ti accoglie con il sorriso, continuando con la simpatia dei ragazzi Ivan e Marco L. sempre disponibile ad accogliere ogni tua richiesta ed infine Gennaro e Barbara. Che dire?! Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Stayed at Hotel Villa San Felice for my Capri trip and couldn't be happier with this hotel. The service would get 6 stars if possible! Giampiero was so helpfull and kind! Great tips on what we could do around the island. It's really calm in the hotel area even though you are right in the center of Capri. Really good standard. Breakfast was really good and had a lot to choose from. The pool area is incredibly beautiful and clean. Forgot my camera at a restaurant and Giampiero called the restaurant right away and helped me get the camera back. I do really recommend this hotel if you are going to stay in capri!

We’re like a sweet home. The personal of the hotel was so cute, since the hotel recepcion until the breakfast staff, all were friendly and kindly people. The room was so clean and the views are besutiful . We’lll come back in two years and we’m see yo again , my best regards Raquel and Fernando

This family run hotel, is the best hotel in Capri. Here are are the best reasons to stay here: A: Nicola, the manager. Is one of the warmest and kindest people you will ever meet. There is nothing impossible for him. He should teach a class on how to do hospitality correctly. He helped us out with lost phones, mixed up luggages,reservations at beach clubs and so much more. B: the location of this hotel is unbeatable. Overlooking Marina Piccolo, the yachts and Faraglioni. There are complimentary shuttles to the town and to the port. Also since they are accecible by their own shuttle, porter service isn’t necessary. C: the pool and the food - to have a nice pool to cool off to was a blessing. The breakfast buffet on the balcony was amazing was was the lunch menu by the pool. A few areas of improvement: A: the rooms are bare and could use an upgrade. We were not expecting luxury, but some basics amenities and decorations would help warm up the rooms. For example a separate shampoo, conditioner and body was instead of just a body wash B: being that it’s family run, there were staff members that I assume were family that were unhelpful such as the cranky uncle at the pool and the young lady at the reception who kept giving us a no answers to everything. La Residenza is located in a perfect location in the center of Capri town. The hotel is kept in pristine condition and very quiet once inside the hotel. Giuseppe is the best concierge ever! He was so helpful in planning our stay in Capri. His recommendations were wonderful. Giuseppe took a personal interest in our itinerary and took the time to reach out to make sure that we had all the necessary bookings before our arrival. He also made our travel arrangements from the Naples airport to Capri - just seamless and easy for us. The breakfast is delicious and the hotel rooms are beautiful- well maintained. Definitely a must if you are looking for a wonderful few days to explore the beautiful island of Capri.
