Hotel La Floridiana was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in across Europe! The service of the staff was beyond amazing. Our hostess Giuliana was the best. She was helpful, friendly, and simply amazing. She gave us the best recommendations for visits, restaurants, activities, bars, and more. I would recommend you request Giuliana on your arrival as she was of great great help. The location of the hotel is right on the end of the street of all of the brands and shops. Prime Location! It is easy to get to it and leave to other parts of Capri. The view from the hotel was amazing; greenery and the sea. (Get the room with a sea view) The rooms were clean, authentic, and beautiful to stay in. It was very safe and well maintained. A big thank you to Giuliana and all the staff at La Floridiana for being the best!

The room feel spacious and very clean. The location is 5 minutes walk to the main shopping street. They are very accomodating and arrange the luggage transfer from the port and to the Taxi station at the town center. Definetely will stay in this hotel again if we come backbto Capri.

We loved our stay at La Foridiana! Breakfast was really good with lita of choices. The straff were so nice and gave us the best service and treatment! We were also lucky to get a room upgrade! The hotel is on the best side of the Island. 10/10 from us:)

Hotel La Floridiana was AMAZING!! Cannot say enough good things about the hotel itself and the staff. When we checked in, we met Claudia who was so pleasant and informative....after a long day of travel, she was able to provide us with an unexpected upgraded room. We still cannot get over how beautiful the room was, and are so appreciative that Claudia helped us with that! Hotel manager, Antonio, was also exceptional! He was incredibly personable and provided great service. We WILL return to this hotel when we travel to Capri in the future :)

The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the center of Capri. All staff were very kind. Breakfast was very good quality. We really liked rooms with balcony. Swimming pool area was very nice. We would like to thank the reception and restaurant staff for their kind services.

Wonderful hotel with beautiful views, amazing location and the best staff. We stayed for 3 nights and could not recommend this hotel more. Upon arrival we were treated to a welcome drink and snacks and a helpful explanation of the island and attractions. Rooms were very clean and large! Restaurant staff were the best - the most friendly and kind group of people we encountered on our travels! Definitely stay here if you go to Capri!

This hotel was FABULOUS. It was our first hotel on our 10 day trip that had a larger sized room that was very nice and the bed was cozy. Our room had a beautiful view of their pool and the sea. The service was exceptional. There was one waiter that I can’t recall his name because I’m terrible with names and he would come down to the pool and take our drink orders which was quite far from where he was in the restaurant. We were there in off season so the restaurant the pool wasn’t open but they made sure we had everything. Maybe Allesandro 🤷♀️ The location was amazing to get to mostly anything in Capri and we were there while a movie was being filmed so it was very entertaining. This was my favorite hotel of the trip. They could hear their pool but that is the only flaw. We were in heaven!

This hotel is wonderful in so many ways! The service is excellent and every single member of the staff great you with warm smiles, plan every detail of your trip, provide excellent restaurant recommendations and book for you, provide a phenomenal breakfast. The hotel itself is beautiful (we had a sea view, I highly recommend). The rooms are spacious, the hotel is modern and beautiful designed, the location is excellent, a couple minutes from the main piazza but in a quiet side street and close to the gardens of Augustus. I will certainly stay there when I return.
