Superb building in a perfect location for us. We were in a room with a wonderful sea view to wake up to every morning. Breakfast was a very high quality and gave us a great start to the day. Overall the hotel is very clean and every facility will used appears to be maintained to a good standard. Our room was very spacious compared to many other hotels rooms I have stayed in. The bathroom was definitely larger than average and included a good size shower, with plenty of hot water at a good pressure. Even when the other taps were used, the shower seemed to carry on totally unaffected. A couple of small details that would have improved our stay. A working lift, during our visit it was out of order. But this didn't spoil our stay. The other detail would be a small stool ( or similar) in the bathroom. All staff came across as friendly, approachable and helpful, they all seemed keen to ensure that we enjoyed our stay at The Osborne. We took a walk around some of the grounds which all appeared to be very well maintained. We also walked out of the grounds and across the bay at Meadfoot, its a great location to stroll and enjoy the fresh sea air. Would we stay here again? Definitely, we have already discussed our next visit.

This was the 2nd visit to this hotel in the last yr. Located just off the centre of town so close by to everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful. On this occasion we arrived a few hrs early and asked to put our bags in to hold whilst we went into town. The lovely lady offered early check in for free by purely signing up to their loyalty scheme(completely free also) so we did just that and got our room straight away. Room was a King ,decent size room and good sized bathroom also, with a large shower head and also a smaller standard one with greta power behind the water pressure. The room was very clean and felt welcoming. The bed was so comfy and the pillows were great! Breakfast was included for us,a good range of fruits,pastries,cereals and cooked breakfast to choose from. Yeah coffee and fruit juices too. A real lovely stay and will definitely return in the future.
