"I liked the hotel, the views are amazing, but the towels are kind of worn out and gray. There is no drinking water in the room. Breakfast is also somewhat untidy. The municipal beach is reminiscent of the city beach in Sochi, and the private beach is very expensive: 35 euros per person until 17 pm. But nevertheless the holiday was a success"

"Received a free upgrade on arrival and throughout our stay all staff were attentive and helpful, organising the transport of our luggage to and from the port when needed, as well as arranging a private boat hire on another occasion. Beautiful views from the balcony and a nice pool area playing trendy but unobtrusive tech house music in the afternoons at a volume that provided atmosphere without being disruptive, tasteful selection. You can also walk to a convenience store and ice cream store in two or three minutes. The grandfather of the hotel is very nice and tells me how to go to the attractions. From the hotel, you can walk to Augustus Garden in ten minutes. No steps are not very tired."

We had Chaminda ( our Driver ) available at anytime to take us into town, Roberta and the team at reception were outstanding and Biaggio looked after us in the pool area. (Only small criticism, they need to work on room service menu out of hours ). Many good Restaurants in the Town, too many just to recommend one, and out of town would recommend Zuma .. Views /DJ/food / brilliant has a Mykonos chic sophistication to it ..."

"Got the sea view room. The sea view is really really good. Location is close to the port so was easy to get to. Only had to walk up a slope for 8 minutes. However I thought capri inn entrance is on the ground floor like most hotels but actually it is located on the second floor only and we had to climb up the stairs with our luggage so it was the only point that was a bit tiring. Staff was very welcoming she even explain how the transport work within capri so it was really helpful. We had breakfast in the room too and we were able to eat with the view."

"We had the most amazing experience at Pazziella and will for sure come back again! The staff here is top-notch. They are all so kind and genuine making sure that your experience here is so special. The hotel is so clean our room was always immaculate. There’s a beautiful scent in the hallways and so much attention to detail. Our breakfast and every meal here was exquisite. The location was perfect for us. It was very serene and relaxing, but not far from shopping or any activity that we wanted to do. But back to staff, because they were all so fabulous. Roberta, who greeted us upon arrival was so amazing and detail oriented. She made our stay extra special as it was our30th anniversary decorating our room, helping to arrange our vow renewal and celebration. Ludovica was also so very helpful and very kind in helping make our stay so memorable. Francisco was a delight to see everyday, so informative about Capri and sharing information on all the delicacies of our dining experience. I had not been that well on our first day of travel and he and chef went above and beyond to curate something off the menu I could eat. Marco the bartender made the best drinks! When I say this staff is above and beyond is an understatement- they are amazing!!! Thank you Pazziella we will be back."

"We had a great time and really enjoyed the hotel, even though we had to switch rooms. About half the rooms have been renovated, but there are still some older ones. It wasn't a huge deal, but the newer rooms are definitely much nicer to stay in! The hotel has an excellent pool, so after a long day at the beach or if you're a bit sunburnt, you can relax by the pool and have lunch at their restaurant. The service and food quality were both very good. Everything was delicious, and I can confidently recommend this place! The view is absolutely stunning, like something out of a fairytale! We had a room with a large balcony, which was fantastic!) Breakfast was also excellent, with everything you'd expect and need. A great start to the day with a magnificent view and a cup of cappuccino."

"The hotel's location is simply excellent, in the heart of Capri, easy to walk, and everything is close by. The hotel itself is old, but charming, with a pleasant atmosphere. However, we were not placed in the main building, but in a separate building. This room had no windows. There was also a strange door on the other side of the room that led to the street, but it was closed, and the noise from there was unbelievable. It was impossible to sleep in the morning, there was such a roar and screaming. The room itself was quite spacious, but without windows, it was dark and uncomfortable. And the breakfast was rather meager, without much choice."

I was especially grateful for the upgrade to a room with an ocean view, which made for an even more special time. Staying while gazing at the beautiful sea was a major highlight of this trip. I was also very thankful to Stefano for kindly helping me resolve the issue of my luggage being delayed by the airline. It could have been an inconvenient situation during the trip, but his attentive assistance was a great help. The breakfast was generally decent and was a good way to start the day. However, the Wi-Fi was somewhat weak, so it seemed like it needed improvement. Overall, it was a satisfying stay, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Capri."

"The room is located 10 minutes walk from the center of Capri (the upper station of the cable car). It is in a big courtyard of a family home. The environment is good. The room is also clean and tidy. Nothing wrong with it. You can squeeze fresh orange juice for breakfast, which is good. The boss/boss lady is very nice. It is worth noting that there is a considerable ups and downs on the way to the upper station of the cable car, which may be tiring if you pull a suitcase. But anyway, such a room on this island is really worth it. If I have the chance, I would like to stay a few more nights"
