Very nice hotel at the center of Capri close to all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are new and spacious with very good facilities. The staff were very helpful and polite. She provided all the information needed for our stay in the island.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff was very attentive and accommodating. We enjoyed it so much we decided to stay an extra night. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were luxurious. Bathrooms appeared to be very recently renovated. The breakfast spread was exceptionally nice and the drinks from the bar were very high quality. The hotel was very boutique-ish and there are not many rooms. The grounds were well manicured and there were constantly workers tidying up. I would very highly recommend this hotel and will likely stay here again if we return to Capri.

I have stayed in so many five stars hotels across Europe, this hotel by far the most friendly and welcoming staff I ever met. I felt like I am a very important person in the family staying at there home from the way and warm hospitality we felt. The hotel is amazing modern so clean very high tech. Room so comfortable and view from balcony is great. Breakfast is typical Italian waiters so friendly just want to bring you any thing you like with a warm smile and kind attitude. They made our stay just perfect, can’t specify just one or two persons simply every one is like that,,

Be aware of the cancellation policies of this hotel!!! They will be insensitive and no exceptions at all. We couldn’t go for just one night compromise due to missed baggages, and they did not care and did not give us a solution at all! As other customers said, they are definitely overpriced. Many more lower and better priced hotels are in Capri. They just remodelled, so no mercy to recover the investment. See yesterday’s airline bagagge claim attached.

A exclusive hotel worth a stay in Capri. Very comfortable rooms, caring service in the reception, delicious breakfast in the garden. Tennis courts nearby. A pool and nice garden. Very quiet hotel area and nice little boutiques. Very safe hotel

We were so lucky to have found this hotel when visiting Capri in April 2023. Originally we booked another hotel on the island but it turned out a complete fail and we had to find new hotel quickly. We stayed at Pazziella Garden & Suites for 8 nights and it was amazing for the whole time of our stay. Thank you to management, receptionists, restaurant staff and cleaning ladies for keeping the place at the top star condition. We definitely recommend Pazziella Garden & Suites to anyone planning to visit this beautiful island.

What a delightful hotel right in the middle of Capri town. I have to say this is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in across all my travels. Every corner is spotless and the housekeeping is excellent. Really enjoyed the serene mountain view while having breakfast and even just laying by the poolside is very enjoyable. The reception staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and the room service is very prompt. The Vichy shower was great, the built in fridge drawers were cold, and the balcony was super clean. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable.

Got 2 rooms which were advertised as one having a view. There was absolutely no view but a gas tank. The prices are a rip off!!! The only good thing was the people at the front desk, very helpful and a bit ashamed by the rates that we were given. Complimentary waters were always an ask as they never left them at the room. The swimming pool looks more like a large jacuzzi. No ambiance. Well located. But not worth by any means the price theyre asking. Very many hotels in the island with incredible views and MUCH MUCH lower prices! Added pics of water leaks in my incredibly expensive suite.

Ottimo location vicina al centro ma lontana dai rumori . Cucina ottima sia per colazione che per cena . Stanze ampie e pulitissime ottimi servizi transfer e prenotazioni ristoranti . Da tornare e consigliare. Umberto percuoco

Un posto incantevole, nel centro di Capri con possibile ingresso da Via Camerelle. Garden molto curato. Camere molto belle in particolare quelle a piano terra con patio esterno e piccola “piscina” privata. Personale cortese e professionale. Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole serata in giardino. Consigliato.

Un écran de verdure et de calme un service impeccable de la réception au personnel de ainsi que les personnes du bar et du service à table très attentif à nos goûts. Le petit déjeuner très bon avec des produits locaux et frais un très beau choix de sucré ou salé. La nourriture au restaurant est délicieuse Notre chambre parfaite avec tout le confort ( literie et commodités ) et notre terrasse avec piscine/ jacuzzi privée le top Merci pour organisation d’une petite surprise pour notre anniversaire de mariage Je recommande ! Accoglienza e servizio impeccabili!! Qui gli ospiti si sentano a casa. Nonostante la poca distanza dalle vie movimentate, la posizione della struttura offre relax e (soprattutto) poco rumore. Asciugamani in camera più volte al giorno, colazione SUPER! Ogni altro commento sarebbe superfluo: SOLO DA PROVARE! Un vero e proprio trattamento a 5 stelle!!!
