I always use the Duplex Residence Hotel for business trips to Naju Innovation City. The price is affordable and the facilities are great.

It is located in the city center, so transportation is convenient, and the facilities are clean. (Duplex one-room type / the 2nd floor is empty, so it is somewhat quiet) However, the surrounding area is somewhat noisy, so noise comes in, and ventilation and temperature control are insufficient. It is good that the surrounding convenience stores and other facilities are nearby, but the surrounding restaurant area is mostly pubs, so it is not easy to find a place to just eat.

It is located near the observatory, so you can walk there. It was quiet. There is a restaurant street not far away by car. There is one near the accommodation. It may be difficult to find a parking space because there are many guests. We stayed with 3 people, but the room felt cramped because there were 2 beds. There were amenities provided, but they were dusty, so it seemed like the guests had left them unused. You have to pay for the amenities provided in the accommodation when you use them.

It is a good hotel. The location is good and parking facilities are provided with consideration for customers. The room facilities are good and the bedding is also good. I recommend it.
