Not coming back .. dirty room and rude staff , old rooms and old bed

來聖地亞哥第一晚入住，孩子們被濃濃樂高氛圍環繞，真是興奮不已疲勞困倦全消。裏裡外外整個設計構思巧妙，小朋友不僅大開眼界，還能實際感受各種難得的沉浸式體驗。假期好開端，贊！🌹😊

First time coming to this hotel and was very impressed. I wasn't really a "lego" fan, however, when coming here, I was instantly changed into decorations and theme for the hotel was fabulous. We loved that you can get a new lego kit each night after you answered all of your clues to open your safe. The rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. In fact I would like to make a special thanks to Jorge Ignacio I must recognize the work of this great guy that's why I write this review that really is a guy with great customer service, I give lego badges to my children were delighted. And another special thanks to a girl from the restaurant I think her name is Marissa for her great attention and dedication to her work. legoland not only has a great hotel, it has a great staff too. The big bonus is that it is literally footsteps from the park. Super convenient and we would definitely come back again.

This week was one to remember. First time experience for all three of us (hubby, my 5 year old son and I This was a childhood dream came true for all of us. We were blessed with being able to get the full on experience with themed room at Legoland Hotel, birthday celebration, in house breakfast, character meet & greet and lots of activities in the hotel. Upon arrival we were assisted with our luggage, you get a luggage claim ticket and they take everything up to your room for you. Our room was pirate themed It got a little noisy around 8am (people heading to breakfast) and around 9pm (people heading to their room after the pool or night activities), nothing major though. No other issues in our room at all. Breakfast was phenomenal!!!!! It's included with your stay. Buffet style wth so much to choose from. Omelet bar, yogurt, fruit, toast, smoothies, oatmeal, cereal, BACON, ham, sautéed veggies ... etc.... we met Jorge Ignacio who fortunately had a space baby my son was fascinated very nice guy talked with my son and congratulated him on his birthday he does a great job in this hotel this boy. All staff was super nice and friendly. Dance party from 6-9pm was super fun! My son decided to dance the very last night we were there in his Kai costume which gave him a lot of attention. Pool is decent and accommodates to all ages, they provide life jackets and towels. Giant water legos were a hit, but I can see how the older kids can take over on those... Check out was a breeze. After breakfast we walked up to valet, they asked for our room number, they went up to our room to get our luggage and when we came back down, our car was there, our luggage was all loaded and we were ready to go. My son had 3 favorite parts to the hotel: 1. The elevator ride was always a party. 2. Whoopie cushion outside the elevator 3. Find a space baby with Jorge Overall, my son had a blast and kept saying "I'm going to miss this place" We will return soon!

The lobby has a decent place for kids to build legos and keep themselves entertained. There is a place called Mini's lounge near the lobby which serves decent coffee and has a bar. Also, if you want to get into the park at 9 am then grab something from this lounge/cafe and don't bother going to the buffet. The breakfast buffet's line starts outside and you have to make a reservation. the hotel staff makes this hotel a really good hotel, here I highlight the great work of Jorge Ignacio who is a person dedicated to his work, I highlight this for the time and service he gave to my family.

Excellent 3 night stay at legoland hotel. You can enter legoland with your ticket 30 min prior and there are 4 rides open for hotel guests only. We went in Ninjago and Miniland Boat Cruise. Bricks Restaurant has complimentary breakfast each morning that was great! Bacon, eggs, waffles, cereal, pancakes, scrambled eggs, basically all the things you want to start your day. We stayed in a standard adventure themed room. It had a king size bed, bunk bed with trundle, shower and 2 tv's. Everyday with room cleaning, you receive free Lego sets in your in room Lego safe too! They restock your hot chocolate, coffee and honest juices as well. It's included in your resort charge so might as well get the most from that! It is worth mentioning that the staff is very helpful and friendly like Jorge Ignacio who helped us with the room service by delivering things we requested and later we found him in the lobby helping us check in the restaurant and giving us all the legos badges and great work of this guy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Pricier than hotels in the area but really worth it. Cheaper than Disney properties too.

We stayed 2 days and I will start by saying that it was the best option in deciding to stay here the theme of the rooms is very nice we stayed in friends, first we went to breakfast in the other restaurant of the castle the food is really very good Javier did not have a good meal. Our room was well done very clean and comfortable I thank the cleaner I don't know who did it but it was really clean I give a 10 out of 10, the theme of the room my daughter loved it. Afterwards we went to play at the playground where we met Jorge from the lobby who did not recommend activities inside the hotel and brought water for me and my daughter and gift lego badges. In general I liked the attention in this place, it was worth it and it was a good choice

if you are able to shell out a pretty penny for a stay here....it is well worth it! each floor is a different theme...we opted for the Castle theme on the 1st floor.. my daughter was delighted by a minifigure and lego badges that Jorge Ignacio gave her. she was looking for mr gold but this young man told her he didn't have it and gave her these gifts, very kind and charismatic, we laughed a lot with him, thank you for making my daughter's birthday even better. I hope you are congratulated for your good job. riding the elevator is exciting and fun...disco dancing at it's best (we have actually gone riding in the elevator to top off our days at legoland). whoopie cushion to jump on right outside first floor elevator pool is crazy heated. each stall has it's own lego theme too. lobby bar has a kids play area within reach of your drinks
