My kids really enjoyed our trip and stay at Legoland Castle

加州樂高城堡酒店的服務簡直爛透了了。説説我遇到的奇葩事：1、在攜程預訂的時候顯現下午2點可以入住，2點半到了之後告訴我4點才可以，在大堂一直等到4點半才給鑰匙。2、停車場停車每天25美金，第二天退房之後發現預售權的信用卡刷了50美金，幸虧我們還沒走，找前台詢問，告訴我們他們刷錯了，退了25美金。3、最奇葩的是這件事，離開這個酒店3天之後，收到信用卡的月結賬單，仔細核對，這個酒店在我的信用卡預售權裏又刷了300多美金，找攜程詢問，攜程客服很認真，多次和酒店聯繫，終於在三天之後與酒店聯繫上了，對方的回答是勿操作，多扣了我一天的房費。我平時其實沒有查信用卡月結單的習慣，如果像平時一樣不看。這300多美金就被酒店騙去了。

I love that they have legos everywhere to keep the kids entertained. Thanks to the sttaf who alerted us that we could enter any answer on the 4 questions to unlock the safe in the room for the kids. Inside was a special treat to keep the kids entertained. We stayed in a gentleman's room on the 2nd floor and it was a nice welcome. I loved that they thought of the little details, like a stool for the kids or different sizes of toilet seat for them. The room we were given was for 5 people. The televisions were easy to use. The room came with coffee, hot cocoa, tea and 2 bottles of water for them with a Keurig. Mini fridge. Iron, hair dryer, towels enough. Talking about the staff, Jorge in the Lobby was very nice, he was the one who told us to look for the clues to open the treasure box. All the staff is nice but he stands out a lot. The only downside is that the shower pressure was extremely hard. Not sure if it was just our shower head. It was also lazy and fussy. We were given paraben free shampoo and conditioner. I loved that they were very convenient squeeze bottles.
