This is an amazing hotel in Barrio crespo. Close to beaches and with awesome views. Pool on roof. Attentive staff and the fish ceviche was off the chain Very new and very clean. Highly recommended. Stay here, not Boca Grande

The hotel located next to the beach that is great location. The rooms are small but nice, unfortunately The rooms aren’t maintained well. The floor was broken and the shower faucet wasn’t broken. Not per ibis standards. The stuff is friendly. Keep in mind that there is a lot of traffic noise all times of the day and night. Request higher floor if you stay with the view to the ocean. Check your room upfront as if you want to replace the room they do it only after 3pm.

excelente servicio. el personal que allí labora es muy amable y servicial. la alimentación es muy buena, el menú es variado y saludable. el hotel está muy bien ubicado, lo cual permite poder visitar y conocer diferentes sitios ahí cerca, incluyendo la playa.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Cartagena with a courtyard inside that looks like a botanical garden. When I booked the hotel, I was a little worried after reading some not entirely positive reviews, but I do not regret staying here for three nights, especially since other hotels have more negative reviews. And  here is my conclusion. Great hotel with air conditioner in the room, swimming pool and rooftop which i really like. The staff is very friendly, some of them speak english, especially Juan David. This young guy speaks good english, he is very helpful and erudite. The other guys also left good impressions: Antony, Gustavo, Nilsa, Oscar The breakfast here is great, you feel like you are in a cafe, they will prepare food for you to order. The dining room is located on the fifth floor with a view of the city.  I read that some guests had complaints about the noise from the street. Guys, if you want to live in a quiet place, then you need to book a hotel on the outskirts of the city, but here in the very center and on the busiest street, do not expect that there will be silence. My room was inside  with a window to the courtyard, and there was no noise from the street. I give them five stars, and I really hope that the management will encourage their employees who try their best. And of course I recommend this boutique hotel. ---- Замечательный отель в самом сердце Картахены с двориком внутри похожим на ботанический сад.Когда я буковал отель то немного переживал прочитав несколько не совсем позитивных отзывов, но я не жалею что остановился здесь на три ночи, тем более что у других отелей больше негативных отзывав.И вот моё заключение.Отличный отель с кондиционером в комнате, бассейном и rooftop, что мне очень нравится.Персонал очень дружелюбный, часть из них говорит по-английски, особенно Хуан.Этот молодой парень хорошо говорит по-английски, он очень отзывчив и эрудирован.Другие парни тоже оставили хорошие впечатления: Antony, Gustavo, Nilsa, Oscar Завтрак здесь замечательный, вы чувствуете будто находитесь в кафе, они приготовят вам еду на заказ.Столовая расположена на пятом этаже с видои на город. Si pudiera darle más de 5 estrellas, se las daría. La verdad, excelente hotel en general. El servicio impecable, la comida deliciosa, las instalaciones son lindas y limpias, el cuarto tiene todas las comodidades, y está ubicado en un muy buen sector. Lo único que quizá podría mejorar es la cobertura del WiFi, pero es un detalle mínimo.

Room is upgraded with balcony for additional pay at check-in counter. Good experience with late check out at 1pm.

I was upgraded to this property from the OZ luxury hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by this action and enjoyed the larger room. I’m not sure what there is to complain about for this hotel. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The check-in process was easy and when we asked for recommendations for restaurants they were happy to help. Breakfast each morning was different Columbian cuisine which I enjoy when traveling. It was fresh with a good variety of choices. If the local cuisine is not your liking they make eggs to order which is a nice added touch. I loved being in the Bocagrande area it isn’t as busy as the walled city it is more of a beach town vibe. Uber to the other attractions ranged from $3-6. I can say I fell in love with this property and Cartagena and look forward to coming back soon.

El mejor hotel que he visitado hasta el momento. Todo excelente: la comodidad, los servicios, el personal, la calidad del lugar. La comida es buena (para los peruanos es difícil encontrar algo excelente fuera de nuestro país) y el bar excelente. El personal muy amable.
