De retour dans notre 2ème maison à Casablanca et cette fois à 3 avec notre petite fille de 4 mois... le 1er hotel de sa vie qui est très symbolique pour nous...Tout s'est super bien passé et tout a été mis en place pour que notre séjour se passe à merveille pour notre enfant et nous . Le lit bébé était très propre et le matelas de très bonne qualité. La literie et le mobilier sont toujours d'aussi bonne qualité ainsi que la propreté des chambres après plusieurs années et c'est important de le souligner. Le service de ménage et de maintenance est très réactif ainsi que le réception. Un grand merci à Jihane responsable Hebergement qui a pris le temps de bien préparer notre arrivée afin que notre séjour se passe parfaitement bien et que nous ayons à disposition tout ce que nous voulions. Toujours attentionnée et à l'écoute après toutes ces années font que nous sommes de plus en plus attachés à Cet hôtel . Monsieur Samir Qui est à l'entrée de l'hôtel depuis des années pour la sécurité est égal à lui même.. toujours aussi gentil, agréable, prevenant, serviable et ca fait vraiment plaisir. Nous tenons à remercier le responsable restaurant que nous avons rencontré qui a été très gentil et arrangeant par rapport à nos demandes multiples. Merci à son équipe également et un gros merci à Hatim qui s'est très bien occupé de notre petite fille et m'a bcp aidé ! Cela m'a beaucoup touché ! Tout le personnel du restaurant a été adorable avec nous et surtout avec notre petite fille et cela fait vraiment du bien quand on voit que c'est fait avec le cœur ❤️ . Un gros merci nous reviendrons très bientôt .

استقبال رائع من الموظفة وصال والموظف جواد كنا بنجلس ليلة واحدة ولكن مددناها ليلتين من حسن الاستقبال كل شي رائع في الفندق الموقع والنظافة والتصميم والمرافق تستحق المدينة فندقا مثل هذا الفندق ويستحق الفندق مثل هؤلاء الموظفين

New hotel. About 15 miles from the airport. Have stayed there twice for our trip (coming and leaving Morocco) Rest of family staying day before their flight out of Casa, (that's how much we liked this place). Staff will bend over backwards for you. Rooms are good size. 2nd stay was in suite b/c it was only room left. Pull out bed was okay but wished mattress was bit thicker. Otherwise, beds are quite comfortable. Recommend having breakfast-outstanding with traditional Morocco foods along with omelettes made to order.. Nice good size pool and gym. Outside of hotel, there isn't much to walk to. Much construction going on, so this will likely change. There is parking under hotel. Very narrow entrance to get into garage and out. If you have small car -no problem, but be careful -it's narrow. Would stay here again.

On 16 July 2024, I made a reservation at Le 22 Apparthotel in Casablanca for the period 20 September to 17 October 2024, which was confirmed by the hotel. This trip held immense personal significance for me and my husband, as it was scheduled around my In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) treatment at the Ghandi Clinic following unsuccessful attempts in the UK. Given the emotional and financial strain of this process, I expected a seamless experience through ***********. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Due to a change in our schedule, I made an additional booking for 18-19 September 2024, which was also confirmed and paid in full. Upon our arrival on 18 September, everything initially appeared to be in order. However, on the morning of 20 September, I received an unexpected message from *********** stating that our accommodation had been cancelled by the hotel, without any prior notice or explanation. When we spoke with the hotel management, we were informed that the cancellation was due to a ”lack of vacancies,” despite our booking being confirmed months in advance. To our shock, we were offered the same room if we agreed to pay an additional £600, a situation that felt both unethical and exploitative. Feeling cornered, we reluctantly paid for an extra night at full price before being forced to seek alternative accommodation at a higher rate due to the lack of availability in the area. This is nothing short of extortion of money! During our stay, we also encountered poor communication from the staff, particularly the management. The staff did not speak any English and made little to no effort to communicate efficiently or address our concerns. Our attempts to discuss these issues were met with hostility and indifference, which significantly affected the quality of our experience. Additionally, the breakfast provided was of poor quality, with limited variety, which fell short of the standard expected from such an establishment. The room itself was small and was not what we expected but would have suited our purpose if the hotel had engaged professionally. There was no parking out the front of the hotel during our short stay. We sincerely hope that future guests are treated with the professionalism and respect that was clearly lacking during our stay.

Reception personnel are helpful , I requested late check out and they gave me up to 3:00 pm. Hotel is in the middle of downtown, I can access to shops and restaurants.
