Excellent place to rest and get to know the city up close, with various shops and cheap restaurants to eat around.

The staff is very friendly! The rooms are very spacious and clean! We chose the included breakfast and the food was delicious. I would certainly return to the hotel!! There you find tours to know the bayes, the cascades among other things, everything is very accessible!! It was a friendly trip that we enjoyed a lot!!

On the way to Mexico City on Christmas Eve, I encountered a strong wind and blew two big trucks. Fortunately, I met this hotel westward. It was clean and tidy. It was very comfortable. The key front desk lady was also very beautiful. Warm and elegant. I like this type of woman. I hope she can like me too. Don't grab me 😂 Dinner steak is not bad too.

A very nice hotel with an awesome price value ratio. They also have a free shuttle every 30 minutes to their own beach club with a great restaurant and a very beautiful beach. Well come back for sure.

The dormitory is clean, with reading lights and outlets for each bed, and a locker for luggage. The room has a very bright atmosphere during the day with light coming in from a large window. It was quiet at night and I slept soundly. The temperature of the hot water in the shower is stable and the water pressure is reasonable. I was saved by renting a towel. The common space is large, and at night, guests can talk about travels and exchange information, creating an exchange with nature. The kitchen is clean and equipped with cooking utensils, and it is comfortable to prepare your own meals. Location was within walking distance to tourist spots and markets, bus stops were close, no trouble moving

The hotel is generally well as it has a hostel and is a small Resort and is comfortable as bad that if it does bad stay is hygiene as there are many mosquitos and so it costs not good is not beach and though it is close and in the Marine is uncomfortable for what he charges maybe he would come back

The location is perfect for the bea it'sch, has everything you could want. There are room upgrades which you don't see here, but the quality and convenience of a simple room with breakfast was all that was needed considering A+ location, Amenities and staff.

Nice hotel, close to most tourist spots, including bars and restaurants. Staff were good, room was large but more expensive than Mexico City in terms of value. WIFI was spotty, breakfast was not great, but good enough to start the day off with. They need to do some basic maintenance in bathrooms, toilet handle inside tank and shower-head had a-lot of calcium buildup that could be fixed with replacement or vinegar and baking soda.

Very friendly staff all around and most can speak a little English so language has not been a problem. Room is nice and big with big comfy bed. However I did find the walls/doors not very sound proof. If you had a very loud talking neighbor, you can hear the conversation clearly. I find the food and drinks just fine unlike some of the reviews. Typical all inclusive food fanfare. Remeber, this is not Michelin or 5 star resort, so adjust expectation accordingly. There are nightly shows at the sister hotel 6 mins walk away. Again adjust expectations accordingly and you'll have a good time
