An exciting vacation , of complete relax , on one of the most beautiful islands of the world , is a special experience.Staying in a four star hotel , surrounded by the greenery of the slope of Epomeo , completed by a thermal park , as well as with large spaces for sports and fun , this is " Suisse Thermal Village" , at Ischia Casamicciola , part of the hotel chain " Aurum " , scattered in the most prestigious places of our beautiful Italy.Everything is controlled by the director Alessio , who as an orchestra conductor leads the activity of the bathing attendant , Giovanni , the cook , Gianluca , excellent in his culinary skills , along with the head waiter , Fabio and the entertainers Aldo e Manuel , who amaze us all day long.Everything is magic as in a surreal paradise.I advise you to spend summer or winter holidays in the hotel chain " Aurum " , because you'll find a warm hospitality and enjoy fully pleasant and unforgettable days.

Nice environment and very beautiful view. Lots of nice swimmingpools and enough pool-beds for everyone. Easy to move by buses to everywhere (bus-stop nearby). Breakfast was very bad, no fruits or vegetables, only dry bread and biscuits. You had to ask for Croissants and sometimes you got only one croissant. No Wifi. The shower was very, very small and you had to fix long before you got warm vater (not cold or too hot). The cleaning was not daily. The renervation (balcony floor and common rooms) is needed. The air condition worked very well and the room was fresh. The room was big enough for four people and the beds were comfortable. The fridge worked well and it was cool enough to keep your waterbottles cold.

Waiter service and friendly, accommodating staff. Although the village is low cost, the food is not bad at all and the cleaning is efficient for a good stay. Perfect both for families and for a couple's trip or alone. I had a great time and I would not hesitate to relive this experience.

Il Suisse Thermal Village, che si trova sulla punta di Casamicciola, ho trovato che fosse un po lontano dal mare, l'hotel non disponeva di una navetta ma era presente un autubus che passava molto spesso. per la seconda volta che abbiamo alloggiato lì, e a distanza di un anno avevano aggiunto il campo di padel, dove mio marito e i suoi amici hanno passato molto tempo. Abbiamo cercato anche altre strutture che disponessero del campo di padel ma il Suisse rimaneva il più adatto. Lo suggerisco vivamente.

L’hotel ha aperto il giorno stesso in cui siamo arrivati. Disorganizzazione totale. Struttura fatiscente. Ambienti poco igienici; sdrai vecchi, scoloriti e sporchi; colore delle piscine marrone-melma (vedi foto) dove non abbiamo osato fare il bagno. Vero costa poco ma paghi per la pensione completa e il cibo non c’è perché ci sono code infinite e quando arrivi lì è tutto finito. Colazione scandalosa. Ciliegina sulla torta: presenza di topi in giardino e vicino alle cucine. Esperienza da incubo.

Bella struttura ,panoramica e con diverse piscine in più anche campi di padel vista mare per gli appassionati.Ci è stata assegnata una camera nella parte antestante la struttura in un'area molto bella e panoramica ,la camera era abbastanza confortevole e per chi a lo sport può anche giocare a padel i. Un area molto bella e rilassante lo consiglio!

L'accoglienza prima di tutto è fatta di piccoli gesti e qui sei a casa fin da subito. Puoi rilassarti sulle piscine oppure puoi semplicemente goderti il panorama sul porto di Casamicciola...ma puoi anche giocare a Padel e da giocatore incallito o da neofita alle prime armi regna il buonumore sui campi....nuovissimi, ben illuminati ed aperti a tutti...una vera chicca per l'Isola. Il villaggio è ben posizionato, c'è un ampio parcheggio e le camere sono pulite e fornite dei servizi necessari per il giusto confort. Infine la struttura è fornita anche di animazione per i più piccoli ed il tutto con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Da prendere al volo per i ritardatari o da segnare in agenda per le prossime vacanze. ....e poi c'è Ischia con le sue bellezze...

Struttura ideale per chi desidera un soggiorno all'insegna di sport e relax. Campi da padel top di gamma con meravigliosa giocabilita' inseriti in un contesto naturalistico unico e superpanoramico, piscine di strepitosa acqua termale, ottima animazione fanno del rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero un'occasione da prendere al volo.

Albergo molto bello come impatto visivo avrebbe bisogno di una buona ristrutturazione, cosa positiva le piscine termali, cibo da dimenticare, non è possibile che per il secondo la domenica a pranzo si presentano con un cordon Bleu. Nulla da eccepire sulla conduzione dell'albergo che nonostante tutto hanno dato il meglio dal direttore allo staff amministrativo. Un plauso ai ragazzi dell'animazione bravissimi e molto professionali.
