Ulasan Crowne Plaza Milan - Malpensa Airport

Location is good if you wanna stay next to the airport. They offer shuttle bus for €15 for 5 minutes ride. If you wanna save some money, go to the exit in terminal one and wait for the free shuttle bus between terminals and get out at Case Nuove. Then walk like 400m and you are in the hotel. My advice don’t eat dinner at the hotel. Instead go to Samarcanda. They have pizza, pasta for a good price. They open from 7pm so you might wanna get a reservation or just be there on time.

Very nice hotel, room clean and tidy, confy bed. The hotel is very near by the airport and has a shuttle to take you to both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. There are vending machines on every floor for hot and cold drinks and for snacks. Breakfast was good with many hot and cold options, sweet and savouryi

Very good airport hotel for staying overnight with connecting flight and price are reasonable. With free parking and hotel rooms are convenient to access from the lobby. but there is nothing nearby hotel

This was nice and useful for the airport. It was necessary to take a taxi there due to the ring roads I don’t think I could have found it. Room slightly dated but nice modern reception and kind staff. Late arrival meant restaurant closed.

We stayed for one night at the Malpensa Crown plaza as our flight was coming in 21.30 to Terminal 2 meaning car hire offices might be closed . There is a free shuttle from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1 . We took this and got off at Holiday inn Express ( the driver called out the name of hotel at the stop) . From here it’s a short walk straight up the road , past Holiday in Express on your left then take a right and you are at the Crowne Plaza. Might be tricky with lots of bags but we just had small carry on bags. You can call the hotel ( really quick to answer call) and request a shuttle from the hotel . This costs 15 euros per room. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean , comfortable - toiletries plentiful and nice quality ; shampoo, conditioner, body lotion , hand wash all available to use ( not the little throw away bottles). Coffee , tea, hot choc , water and a couple of biscuits too in room. Breakfast plentiful - cakes, pastries, fruit selection, bacon , sausage, fab scrambled eggs, bread, juices , coffee from machine but fine . Great, comfortable one night stay. Turkish bath, gym and sauna but we didn’t use. Would recommend . Paid around £90 .

Back for a second stay prior to departure from Milan. As usual front desk was friendly, efficient and allowed us to check in as soon as room was ready, much appreciated. Quiet, clean room with comfortable beds and good air-conditioning. Breakfast had a good variety. Dinner in restaurant was also tasty and service was very courteous.

Wonderful stay; with all amenities anyone traveler could ask for including ice machines. I recommend to anyone traveling to Milan. My fiancé and I loved our stay. Also be sure to include the breakfast, definitely worth it!

Hotel service is very bad. Internet not working at times and very very slow. Really cannot accept. Tried calling hotel for help but made me wait for very long time. In the end, never come in to help. Very disappointed with this branded hotel which I paid a premium for good service and ended up worst than a budget company... I will never use this hotel again!

Smooth check in and check out experience, room is clean and comfortable. Free Airport Suttle bus in and out airport/train station. The Airport Suttle bus stop is about 5-10mins walk from the hotel.

Impossible to get a taxi to the airport. Distanz to T1 is around 3 km. The hotel does not inform proactive that must book the hotel shuttle to the airport. We did but many people didn't and had to walk.
