Every hotel has their opportunities but in my book its all about how you handle those challenges. The staff here from the General Manager to hHousekeeping to the Front Desk should lead a training because they do it right. Hind, Alex, and Diamond were just a few of the people we interacted with over our 3 day stay and they were incredibly attentive, kind, and service focused. Everytime my husband and I walked in we were greeted. When the a/c wasn't working quite right they replaced the whole unit. When I became sick on the second day they went out if their way to make sure I had everything I need. This was the 4th hotel I stayed in during my road trip and hands down the best. I'm normally a Hilton loyal guest but after this stay I will definitely be considering a switch to IHG. If you're traveling to Casper and you need a place to stay, definitely consider this hotel. You won't be sorry!

I stayed at the MainStay on an extended business trip. The hotel offered everything I needed. The kitchenette and the sofa sleeper made my long stay comfortable. The staff was friendly an accomadating. Housekkeping kept my room clean and stocked. I would reccomend this to any business traveler or family.

My visit was amazing. We had a view over the pool. Which was an awesome set up. My kids and I enjoyed staying there. The complimentary breakfast was bomb and the lady who ran was the sweetest lady. I would definitely stay there again.
