Hotel Castelldefels dengan Gim

Last week I wrote an E-mail and you have not responded. So I am going to write in both language. last July I booked a 4 night with your hotel and I booked the airline to Portugal by mistake for the same date. This was on July 30th for $445.26 I called ******* right away when I realize my error. As memory served me ******* called you to see at the time I wanted to move the date back not cancel it. But ******* customer service end up canceling the booking. not me. You end up refunding the money on August 12th. Then on November 13, 90 days later you took the money back. I tried to rebook with you a week later but you were booked and I booked with another hotel at the that time. So I am thinking you do the right thing. I am in Europe now and I want to book four nights on March 2nd to the 6th as a credit for the booking I never wanted to cancel.. These dates are half priced of the four nights of last August. Please call me with question at 401-291-7090 If you give me credit. I plan on coming here every year in October and going back in March. I bought property in Europe and going to be doing this yearly. El pasado mes de julio reservé una estancia de 4 noches en vuestro hotel y reservé por error el avión a Portugal para la misma fecha. Esto fue el 30 de julio por $445,26. Llamé a ******* de inmediato cuando me di cuenta de mi error. Como no recuerdo mal, ******* te llamó para ver en el momento que quería retrasar la fecha, no cancelarla. Pero el servicio de atención al cliente de ******* acabó cancelando la reserva. yo no. Terminas reembolsando el dinero el 12 de agosto. Luego, el 13 de noviembre, 90 días después, retiraste el dinero. Intenté volver a reservar contigo una semana después, pero ya estabas reservado y yo reservé en otro hotel en ese momento. Entonces estoy pensando que haces lo correcto. Estoy en Europa ahora y quiero reservar cuatro noches del 2 al 6 de marzo como crédito por la reserva que nunca quise cancelar. Estas fechas tienen el precio de la mitad de las cuatro noches del pasado agosto. Si tiene preguntas, llámeme al 401-291-7090 si me da crédito. Planeo venir aquí todos los años en octubre y regresar en marzo. Compré una propiedad en Europa y lo haré todos los años. This is their response. I would have given 4 out of 5, but the one guy at reception is really not friendly at all. Also some minus points for other things I will explain. The location is superb, but if you want to visit the town or go somewhere you either need a taxi or you have to able to walk up a steep hill when returning. But the view from the pool area and from the restaurant is amazing. Checkin was not pleasant at all. Yes, we were early (noon), but at least make your guests feel welcome. At last we could change and go to the pool area when waiting for the room to be ready. We got a room on the 1st floor of the main building. Unfortunately there were 2 hockey teams in our corridor as well, so it was rather noisy from time to time. Also you could hear the flush of the toilet of the room next to you. They left a lot of their clothes, shoes and other stuff in the hallway, which meant you had a smell of dirty socks when entering the hallway. At least they were quiet at night as they had a tournament going on. The cleaning staff was amazing. The pool is very nice with towel service and free beds. You have an amazing view of the area and the see. There is a bar where you can drink and eat something. And the staff there was amazing as well. We tried the restaurant twice and it is definitely to recommend. The food is excellent and service is smooth. The staff of the restaurant is so friendly and helpful. The fitness area: There is no airco in the part where the gym is, so it can be extremely hot. The sauna was out of order during our stay. They also had a spa area (an indoor pool), but then we had to pay 18 euro extra per hour per persoon. This could be a gem, but there are too many flaws currently, we can only give a 3.

If you’re looking for a cheap & cheerful hotel within easy reach of the airport, this place might fit the bill. Rooms are clean and tidy although, my room overlooked a fairly busy road. South facing balcony. Breakfast was included. The outdoor pool is only open in the summer. Bus L99 from terminal 1 stops outside the door (Pl. Colom), 25 mins, €2.40. Nothing of interest in the locality. I’d use it again.

Saya mempunyai masa yang hebat di hotel ini. Saya hanya melakukan perjalanan singkat ke dan dari Barcelona dan memutuskan untuk tinggal di sini selama dua malam dan bukannya hotel lapangan terbang, dan pilihan yang baik yang saya buat. Ia betul-betul di pantai, dan pantai yang sangat indah juga, katilnya sangat selesa, pancuran mandian hujan yang menakjubkan, penghawa dingin yang hebat, pemandangan laut yang menakjubkan (berbaloi dengan bayaran tambahan), perkhidmatan yang sangat baik, kolam renang yang indah. Restoran ini juga hebat - saya telah melampirkan beberapa gambar makanan saya. Saya makan di restoran hotel kedua-dua malam kerana ia sangat baik. Saya pasti akan kembali ke hotel ini. Ia juga merupakan hotel paling moden dan cantik di sepanjang pantai apabila anda berjalan menyusurinya - percayalah.

Es un precioso hotel a pié de playa que no defrauda. La atención es excelente. Hay un paseo de 9 km en la misma puerta, ideal para caminar, correr o montar en bicicleta. Tambien pueden practic**** justo al lado kitesurf y windsurf. Las habitaciones son elegantes y muy cómodas, y las orientadas a la playa tienen auténticas vistas al mar. Hay un restaurante con una carta muy completa y arroces buenísimos. Quedamos muy agradecidos por el trato recibido, especialmente por Jaume, de Recepción. Volveremos.

Absolutely delighted we chose these apartments for our holiday. Really friendly and helpful staff. Room was immaculately clean. Nice pool area, vending and coffee machine beside pool. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. .€7 taxi ride to the busier end of the town. Its a nice leisurely walk to this busier part of the resort but we would get a taxi back at the end of the evening. Would recommend as a good base to stay.

A lovely trip away for a few days. Clean hotel lovely staff especially Andrea. A few restaurants nearby and around 10 bus stops to supermarket. The staff clean everyday if you leave a sign for them to enter, chef dinners were lovely I never ate breakfast due to waking up later. Abit pricey compared to some other hotels near by I am not sure why as it’s not on the beach but across the road. I was in abit of a problem with my return back to London and the manager was not willing for me to continue my stay for the original price I paid instead doubling the price that was the negative experience that I had, all other staff was helpful and kind. I mostly took videos in the hotel that I cannot upload there’s pictures are a meal at the restaurant the road of the hotel and one restaurant.

We picked hotel for a two week stay based on reviews and our previous positive experience in Castelldefels. Based on our experience we would not return here on future trips; first nights we got a horrible ground floor room next to the pool entrance and meeting rooms. After complaining they “upgraded “ us the second night to a first floor, town view room. Again after expressing our disappointment given a two week stay we got another partial ocean view room. Given the hotel was not full with many rooms unoccupied, we found this a very poor business decision. Other issues we had was a very poor wifi system and some staff not very friendly.example:we walked through restaurant to exit to the beach foe two weeks and the restaurant manager(?) who set there never said hi even when we said so. After that we decided never to eat there. The front desk ladies were lovely and the housekeeping staff exceptional. The beds were very comfortably firm, the shower and bathroom amenities great , the Nescafe machine-and coffee we really enjoyed. Another strange thing we found was the bedcovers… basically a heavy sheet and no blankets. Toward the end of our stay with the chillier nights they did not provide any warmth. … i just didn’t want to complain to staff so just let it go and used a sweater to keep warm. I never imagined i was so ready to leave the place and we will never return here.
