Hotel Campanello

We searched on ********** filtering out only hotels with a pool and this hotel is saying that they have one but they do not! We were very disappointed to find out that the pool they have in their marketing belong to the camping nearby and that we have to pay extra to use it! False marketing! And when asking the staff, we did not get any good reply. The room seemed a bit dated but is was clean. They used so much chlorine to clean that it smelled superstrong in hallway and room. Our room was not in the main building so perhaps they are more modern. The extra bed was quite short and not long enough for our 16 year old son. The breakfast was ok, not more. Location by the water was nice but very rocky possibilities to take a bath from there and the bottom was muddy. We took the car to get to a reasonable beach. Take the car to the port, there are a lot of restaurants there and nice to walk around.

Hotel Campanello treats you like family and this is extremely rare for properties anywhere in the world. The team are so unbelievably organised, caring, knowledgeable, hardworking, kind and focused on maximising the best experience for their guests. This extends from their lovely housekeeping staff through to their truly amazing reception team (multi-lingual and excellent communication at all times). We were blown away by the ways they showed they cared - from finding the best theme parks deal and booking the tickets (you only needed to mention this once), to helping you with any taxi bookings (it was so accurate and on-time thanks to them), random requests (a phone charging cable for an old phone was made available to me after I asked before I arrived - it was ready for me!) and just dedicated, friendly customer service. Plus, the included breakfast was very very good and has excellent variety - even fussy eaters like me were very pleased with the selection. It's a real treat to eat breakfast overlooking the lake. The location is great - walking distance to the very big Famila supermarket, Gardaland (easy 15min walk), 15min taxi to Movieland, and of course, the lake is right outside. Plenty of free parking and bikes/scooters can also be hired on site. Everything you need is here at the property. Rooms are spotless, decent sized and have a fridge, safe, good storage. Small touches like water and snacks were provided - such a nice touch and greatly appreciated. We were truly sad to check out - it felt like leaving home. We don't know how this hardworking team does it, but everyone knows the guests and their needs and communicate with each other - it is something very unique and businesses all over the world should learn from their ways. We found this a very pleasant hotel, located right on the lake, just a 15 minute walk into the town centre. Breakfasts were very good, with excellent choise and option to get cappucinos from the abr. We were in the rear annex but this was no probllem, room was compact but quite adequate for a short stay and had view of lake from balcony.

La famille Pasini tient excellemment bien l'hôtel : Nous avons passé un excellent séjour tant le service, l'accueil et l'hôtel étaient parfaits. Chambre très propre avec une salle de bain dans un parfait état. Literie confortable et propre. Le personnel est souriant, à toute heure, très serviable et d'une gentillesse. Des vélos dont électriques sont proposés en location pour des balades rafraîchissantes au bord du lac qui est juste en face. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de très bonne qualité (sucré et salé) L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, à quelques minutes de Peschiera Del Garda et permet de rejoindre l'Est, l'Ouest ou l'incontournable presqu'île de Sirmione en quelques dizaines de minutes. C'est vraiment un hôtel au calme, parfait pour des vacances en toute sécurité et sérénité. Hôtel à recommander sans hésiter.

Hotel Campanello ligt direct aan het Gardameer op loopafstand van Peschiera. Het hotel is zijn sterren meer dan waard. Niets is de familie teveel om het je naar de zin te maken. Prima uitgebreid ontbijt. Mooie kamers met airco en grote badkamer. We hadden onze eigen e-bikes mee, die we in de garage, veilig achter sloten grendel, konden achterlaten en konden opladen. Onze elektrische auto konden we,op de ruime gratis parking, tegen een keurig tarief opladen.

Una struttura perfetta! Una sola notte ma tutto davvero magnifico . Personale tutto gentile, sia al telefono durante la prenotazione che durante il soggiorno. Il ristorante e la colazione anche molto bene . Nulla da segnalare ! Camere pulite!

Posizione bellissima, proprio di fronte al lago in una zona tranquilla a quindici minuti a piedi dal centro di Peschiera sul Garda. Hotel molto pulito e curato, si nota un'attenzione ai dettagli che difficilmente ho riscontrato in altri alberghi. Il cliente si sente accolto e trattato con cura. Ottima colazione servita sulla terrazza fronte lago. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, in presenza di un piccolo problema si sono subito attivati per risolvere. Prezzo corretto in relazione alle caratteristiche dell'hotel. Assolutamente consigliato.
