Hotel Castle dengan Bar

I arrived early and they allowed me to check-in my room 2 hours earlier. It's a kind gesture that helped me a lot. It's located 5 minutes walk away from the city center where the banks and big shops are located.

Hotel on the beach - courteous reception staff. Rooms are clean. Some rooms do not have safe box - some rooms do not have min fridge. No gym no swimming pool no spa. Basically this is 3 to 3.5 star hotel. I do not know why classified as 4 star hotel. The breakfast is very good. The staff are very friendly and polite. Specially the lovely old lady. There is no salad on breakfast. The cold meat and cheese corner should contain more varieties. There is only one cheese item and for the cold meat only one ”ham” item.

Excellent location for walks along the Marina, and walkable distance in to the city centre. Always very friendly and helpful staff and very clean room. The most comfortable bed and pilllows! Best night’s sleep! If one is driving and has a car in Swansea, this hotel has a huge parking lot right next door (uncovered) and the cost is £6.00 to park for 24 hours (the machine only takes coins). Very handy having the little Tesco on the premises as well. All in all very good value for money and a lovely area to stay in while exploring Swansea.

Upon arriving the first impressions are of grandeur and prestige and throughout the hotel it is immaculately clean and lovely. They have their own car park which is a bonus. My room however was very basic and quite dark. I was placed on the ground floor and the only way to let light in was to keep the curtains open. I didn’t feel comfortable with this as I was on my own. I should have asked to be placed on another floor but didn’t want to inconvenience anyone by changing rooms. The bed was so comfortable pity about the lighting. To get to my room you had to go outside into a courtyard area. Which wasn’t a big deal as it’s a minute walk however I did ask for a room within the main building. They still class this as the main building. Breakfast was awesome and I loved it. The location of the hotel is excellent too as it’s right across from the town centre and the restaurants are a 2 min walk. WiFi worked fine and all the staff were lovely. There’s a lovely bar area but no evening food.

The only 2 lifts were not in service at the same time. Luckily the staffs there were pretty helpful. However, they accidentally charged me an extra cost though the amount of money was returned eventually but I hope that similar things won’t happen to other customers in the future Rooms were spacious!👍🏻

Missed the simple things like a bath mat, a non slip mat to use while showering and drinking glasses available in the room. Bed was okay, a little creaky and “well used”

房間位置很好，窗外就是海景，應該是房東新改造的房間，還提供了微波爐和冰箱可以用，房東人非常的好，就是不是很會使用房間的暖氣，因此晚上稍微有些冷不過這不是問題。
