The location is fantastic, right by the lake, which is the most beautiful spot in Zhengzhou. It's lively at night with stunning views. I loved the lobby; it's stylish and cozy. The JW Marriott brand really delivers. The room was spacious with a great view, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including delicious Hu La Tang (spicy soup) and Rou Jia Mo (meat burger), as well as various noodles. You can even take coffee to go – Marriott is quite generous. The Executive Lounge food was also very good, and the staff were well-trained; we ended up not going out for dinner. Xiao Luo from housekeeping left a handwritten welcome card and folded a heart, which was a lovely touch, thank you. The express service was very prompt, and I appreciated the weather forecast displayed inside the elevator – a thoughtful detail. Lucky at the front desk checked us in quickly; she was efficient and her warm smile was truly welcoming. Ms. Men Jingxue was also very enthusiastic, proactively greeting guests, guiding them to the front desk, and providing information about the hotel facilities and surrounding area. Thank you!

Our stay at Luoyang Banshan Siji Hot Spring Hotel was the most pleasant surprise of our trip to Luoyang. The hotel corridors are brand new, and the rooms are fully equipped, offering an extremely high level of comfort. The butler service was exceptionally attentive and responsive, even arranging car services for us, so we didn't have to worry about transportation at all. The infinity pool was the absolute highlight. The views were completely unobstructed, offering panoramic vistas of the surrounding mountains. Watching the sunset paint the sky crimson in the evening was breathtaking. If you're looking for attentive service and a chance to truly relax amidst nature, this is definitely the top choice in Luoyang. We'll be back!

Coming for Zhou Shen's concert, the hotel arranged a concert shuttle service, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel, as an established star-rated property, offered excellent service quality from check-in onward, making the overall experience very comfortable. Of course, the concert shuttle service was the best part; Miss Coco even reminded us to order takeout in advance, and sure enough, when we got back, everyone was eating takeout, hahahaha.

Hygiene: The hygiene was exceptionally poor. I arrived quite late and went straight to bed. The next morning, I woke up with my whole body itching. When I pulled back the covers, I saw a lot of skin flakes at the foot of the bed! It was incredibly dirty. Beneath the scent of the detergent on the sheets, there was a strange, acrid smell. The other bed in the twin room didn't have this issue. The picture shows one large skin flake; I cleaned up the smaller ones myself. I was shocked when I saw it. My exposed skin has been itching for days, even after applying medicine. Two of the complimentary bottled water bottles provided by the hotel were placed on the sink in the bathroom. Given that there were already two bottles on the minibar, why put another two in the bathroom sink? I personally found that a bit unhygienic. I hope the hotel changes the bedsheets for each guest. Service: The front desk staff and other services were quite good. Breakfast: The breakfast selection was rich and varied.

I came from Xi'an to visit, mainly to see the Yellow River. The hotel was booked here. Overall, it was good, with a large area, good environment, friendly waiters, and considerate of the guests. I would like to praise Xiao Jing, the waiter on our floor, for being responsive. The fruit sent by the hotel was of good quality and delicious. Before leaving, they also sent Dragon Boat Festival sachets. There were also foot bathing facilities in the room. After walking for a day, it was very comfortable to soak. I tried to have breakfast as early as possible. If I was late, many things were gone, and the supplementary meals were not timely. In addition, there was no juice for breakfast, and the equipment was empty. It is convenient to get on and off the highway here, there is no traffic jam, and it is very suitable for a stopover during a long journey

All five stars really don't mean that the hotel is done well, but just mean that I really want to make the hotel good and Jiaozuo good. It has been 9 years since the last stay. As a Jiaozuo local who has stayed in many five-star hotels, I feel that the hotel is okay. After all, the price is there, but in fact, according to the real positioning of the hotel, the room rate should be a little higher, about 398-498 per night will better reflect the value. While raising the room rate, I feel that the hotel's exterior walls should be cleaned again, the breakfast should be more refined, and the front-line customer service staff should receive more professional training, so as to usher in new opportunities with a new look. Of course, this also requires a strong owner to work closely with relevant government departments to coordinate and arrange. In the current Jiaozuo market, an international five-star hotel is indeed needed to support the facade. In the current prospect of a hot tourism market but a not-so-prosperous economy, I hope that the hotel management can have the awareness of doing a good job in the 3D Days Hotel as a career. After all, a five-star international hotel may really become a city's business card.

Thanks to the front desk for the complimentary room upgrade and the snacks. The hotel's beef noodles are delicious, and the breakfast even has baked beans, which I love! 🫠

The hotel environment is okay, but it's incredibly inconvenient. It's almost a kilometer walk to the subway station, stuck right between two stations. There's something that looks like a subway entrance right outside, but no actual station. I suspect the Zhengzhou subway deliberately abandoned this area. On my first night, I was woken up in the middle of the night by a call. A robot delivered someone else's takeout to my door, which I didn't take. I was already tired, and then to be bothered late at night! If it wasn't for two full days of online classes scheduled right after, I would have seriously considered changing hotels the very next day. The pool is also very mediocre; you can tell it's a deep pool with a false bottom added so regular people can stand. The sauna was closed. It feels like a hotel that's been open for over a decade, and the changing rooms definitely show their age. On my last night, the pool attendant gave me a small towel, saying the washing machine was broken and there were no bath towels. But then, another man came in after me and was given a bath towel. **So, you play favorites? Is it because I'm not from Henan or something?** There's only one washing machine in the laundry room, and on the last night, I had to wait until past 10 PM to get my laundry done, even though I had to catch an early train the next morning. Honestly, my experience this stay was far from good.

Great homestay with friendly and serviceminded hosts The Dengfeng Youlu Homestay was a very nice experience and can be highly recommended. The rooms were very clean and modern. Spacious and with comfortable beds. The bathroom was also modern with nice amenities. The location is a little outside the city, but closer to the main attractions to Mount Song. So easy to reach with taxi. We found the location very good and convenient since we wanted to go to the scenic areas. We had breakfast included and found it very tasty and nice. It was plain and fresh and a nice selection of nutritious food before starting the day. The service was very good. The hosts didn’t speak much English, but we used translator apps so absolutely no problem for foreigners. The Dengfeng Youlu honestly has a nice compound with a Chinese garden. They also have a pool. It looks very comfy and cosy to sit and enjoy the garden, but we were there in beginning January so it was wintertime. The room we got had nice view of the garden and the mountains. We can for sure recommend this homestay and we think the reviews written so fare are very correct.

We had a great stay at Yinxiang 37 Homestay during our visit to Yuntai Mountain. The location was very convenient (100m away) for exploring the Yuntai Mountain, making it a great location for anyone wanting to visit the park. The homestay is run by a local family who were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.The room was clean, tidy and spacious, which made our stay very comfortable. They helped by walking with us and helping us get tickets to Yuntai Mountain Park and also gave us bottled water, which made the whole process much easier. They also helped us with laundry and were always happy to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was simple and tasty. Overall, we highly recommend Yinxiang 37 Homestay for anyone visiting Yuntai Mountain who is looking for a comfortable, clean and spacious stay with kind and genuinely helpful hosts.
