Missed the simple things like a bath mat, a non slip mat to use while showering and drinking glasses available in the room.
Bed was okay, a little creaky and “well used”

Great stay in this hotel, room was clean, towels and linen soft. Breakfast was v well cooked and good quality, staff were so friendly and helpful. Location is close to everything. Rated 4 rather than 5 because the window didn't close perfectly and therefore abit of traffic noise.

The room was pretty run down, no soap in the dispenser, window wouldn't close and generally run down. Wouldn't recommend.

Had a fantastic stay! a very helpful employee called Sarah at the front desk helped extend my stay for another day and made the whole process easy and stress free. Thank you Sarah ☺️☺️☺️ Room was really clean, well kept and the location makes it perfect.
