Second stay, hotel looked quite busy, the room itself was modern and clean.. I realised at 8pm there was no hot water at all. The shower was freezing cold, no water coming out of the tap. I tried to contact reception and there was no response, when I found the receptionist she’d locked herself out of her office and was waiting for an emergency key to get back in so she could report it and investigate. Past 10pm we had no update, it was still off in the morning.. was unable to have a wash. There was no apology, no offer of a partial refund.. next time we’ll be booking a premier
