Ulasan Bayfront Hotel Cebu North Reclamation

Meraikan ulang tahun ke-50 nanay dan tatay saya. Makanannya hebat. Membuat tempahan bilik saat akhir kami. Tahniah kepada kakitangan. Langkah berjaga-jaga keselamatan telah diamalkan. Tempat yang selamat untuk tinggal pada masa-masa ini.

The hotel itself is getting much busier every day, I always want to stay with them due to a close vicinity to SM mall and the port area beside bus direct to mactan airport very convenient. Although this time seems the cleaner place undried lenin and cause stink, remote TV control is not working and unable to put the tv off, bed are firm and soft pillow some noise from the bus terminal and very loud sirens very opten cannot figure it out what is that. My reservation has no breakfast included so cannot comments in it.

What we loved about this hotel is that, it is near to the SM Mall. it is accessible to other nearby facilities. The Staff are so friendly, whenever we need assistance, they will send service staff right away. Our room view was delightful.

Checked in at 5:40 PM, I booked for queen-sized but it’s not available they said booking isn’t guaranteed. So if you want to get the room that you want, check in on time. We settled in a 2 single-bed room for a night (Room 922) and requested to be transferred on queen sized bed the next day (Room 613) which took awhile btw, if you have errands transferring of rooms is a hassle. Anyway, room 922 was noisy at night as it is facing the port area which is in operation 24/7. TV was ok at first but later on it didn’t work, signal interruption. When entering the room, I always check the sheets first for stains and bedbugs. No bugs but the bedsheets had stains, I don’t know how they did their laundry but they aren’t doing a good job removing the dirt. When we were transferred to 613 the sheets were heavily stained, I requested it to be changed good thing they changed it right away. Bathroom tissue was low quality, bring your own if you’re very particular with tissues. Breakfast was mediocre. Wifi was spotty. AC unit worked well. Staff were courteous and location was good, just across SM Cebu/ North Bus Terminal. Will I come back? For location and just one night stay maybe yes. For other reasons, no.

I really love the ambiance there. The shower was really good and the bed was so comfortable. And it’s just close to the shopping mall so I find it very convenient.

We stayed 2 nights. 2nd nite better because teens weren't loud & excited like 1st nite.

Small twin bed but overall is good. Good food.

The counters waiters attitude isn’t very nice, and we book a one big bed room but they just immediately change the room to 2 small bed room without telling us:) It’s very offensive😑 Also, the equipment and the products are all very dirty…… the sheet, towel, lamp,even the tv cant working…..😑 I won’t never come here again, the hotel has the reputation for three-stars but actually the level isn’t enough for a stars. Then the morning I’m using the cafes restroom when we had a breakfast time, their waiter turn my doorknob very hard, although the doorknob is obviously lock, such a rude behaviour.

I stayed at this hotel 2 nights before my flight back abroad, and my GF was with me, all i can say is, my stay here was really perfect!! I love the location it was just 2 mins from the mall, and the breakfast was really delicious. I tasted the best Pancit here. Not so much vegies and meat, but the taste was incomparable, it was the best. Our room was cleaned when we returned from the mall and i really appreciate that. Will be staying here again next time. 😊

We booked our 2 night stay. Maganda ang room napaka spacious. May complementary coffee and water na din and toiletries. They provide mat sa cr maganda iwas dulas. Also ang view sa room namin maganda! Esp pag sunset. Wifi is good, charging station okay dn very essential for us ksi we're travelling bcos of work. Location is very good, near SM and malapit sakayan back to airport. But we have few concerns lang during our stay, matagal mag drain ng tubig after ligo. Also antagal maka check in 2pm na di pa dn kme nka check in. Breakfast buffet is ok, konti lg ang variety pero goods na din. So far accomodating yung staff especially sa luggage area, yung guard and mga housekeeping. Thank you bayfront!
