Amazing location next to Ayala mall with a direct entrance leading into The Terraces. All staff were warm and friendly and even the housekeeping staff (Albhey) left a handwritten thank you message for choosing to stay at the hotel. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of hot and cold foods. Definitely recommended.

Booked this hotel because it’s location is very prime. Right beside it is the Ayala Center Cebu Mall which is very convenient for shopping. Also, Landers is also 5-6 minutes walk. Check in was a breeze, though I had to wait for 30 minutes for my room to be prepped. I was pleased with them adhering tom my request: high floor with view, lots of pillows and room slippers. Bathrobes are not readily available but you can request one. The design of the room was dated but it was clean. Minor were small stain in the beddings. Only a telephone shower unlike majority of 3-4 star hotels that they have both telephone and rain showers. Also, the shampoo, body wash and conditioner are just in small bottles, prefer to have it in a dispenser. Towels are not that soft but not to hard. TV only has cable, no option to use the smart TV function. Cable channels are decent. Internet is also good. Pool was small. Breakfast selection was underwhelming for the price.

We booked this hotel at last min, coz Agoda suddenly cancelled my booking without notice. Lucky we found here, really nice hotel just beside the mall, u wont even get wet to the mall if raining. Great breakfast and lovely pool. Room is big, 2 double beds enough for 4. Very convenince location and nice professionak staff.

The staff was helpful to arrange a taxi to get you back to the airport. They are always greeting and smiling. The do offer trips at the hotel if you interested in booking tours around Cebu, but the are pricey. Watch out! The location is prime as you just walk out past the pool over a bridge and you are at Ayala Mall which has many lovely restaurant outside and a nice garden park. Breakfast was good and there is a range of varieties to choose from.

Outstanding in every way. Beautiful grounds, very rich interior, wonderful rooms. Practically attached to Ayala Center Mall. The breakfast and dinner buffets could not be better. Different selections every day, lots of Filipino foods and breads represented, as well as western selections. Very friendly staff. Amazing value for a true 5 star experience.

First time stay at a Seda Hotel. The lobby is nice and well decorated. The pool bar have excellent choices of cocktails and wines. The room is comfy with all the supplies needed for a short stay. Our room window faces the street so there is a little noise but tolerable. Access to Ayala Mall is a short walk, very convenient indeed. We'll definitely stay again on our next Cebu trip.

The room was spacious and clean. But I still like the vibe at Seda Hotel Central Bloc very modern.

Walking distance to the shops. Good service from staff. Place just needs refurbishing but will still stay there again for our next trip.

It was really nice and clean. Buffet breakfast had plenty of variety and was good quality. If you're staying in Central cebu, it's close enough to a lot of places. Staff were super helpful too

The location is perfect and great for momentous events. It is near the mall, which is profoundly perfect for family get-away.

Great place to stay when you are planning to visit Cebu City. It is directly next to the mall and a playground. You do not need to cross a street in order to go to the mall. You just need to walk through a little park. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff is friendly. The place is clean with a beautiful interior.

The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and let me have a good night's sleep. The location of this hotel is convenient and the transportation is very convenient.
