Ulasan Hilton Saigon

I recently stayed at the Hilton Saigon in District 1 and was thoroughly impressed. I chose an Executive Room with a view of the Saigon River, which was breathtaking. The room’s design, cleanliness, and spaciousness were exactly what I expect from Hilton’s classic excellence. The breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of options. Additionally, we needed something in the room and called the reception. Within 5 minutes, the staff arrived and resolved the issue promptly. This level of efficiency is rare, even in many 5-star hotels, where delays often occur. Hilton once again proved its iconic standard in this regard. The hotel is also very centrally located. Most historical sites are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I only stayed for one night, but the experience was exceptional. I wish all hotels maintained this standard. I rate my stay 5 out of 5. Perfect for posting now! Let me know if anything else comes to mind.

Booked a room for our anniversary and the New Year firework view. Everything was amazing! The hotel even gave us a nice little surprise for our anniversary.

Good location, located in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City. This is a new hotel, so the equipment is brand new. It is a new landmark of Ho Chi Minh. However, the training of service staff needs to be strengthened. I am a high-level member of Hilton, but the service staff did not take the initiative to ask me if I have a membership card at the beginning, which almost caused me to lose my rights.

Booked a king room with city view and was given a room with a red building , was told that this is the king room . I was unhappy , made a complaint and the front desk manager(31OCT at 230pm) was not friendly but agree to a change, but always told to give them an hour to prepare the room. So the check in was delayed to 330. But when we went back around 5pm, they gave us the same room lower floor with the same view. Made a complaint again and the duty manager of the hotel came down very quickly like 10mins and agree to help us change to hotel Room with a city view which is the second picture . The front desk manager Anna who toolemovee the unfriendly colleague was good and make very good effort the assist me and update me on the room change. The manager of the night was effective and made the change for us . Overall average experience because given the incorrect allocation of room due to non alignment of room description between Hilton and trip.com

Great location and friendly staff! One suggestion is for the laundry team to be more transparent if any damage occurs during washing. I appreciate that the team took responsibility and resolved the issue by stitching a brand-new top for me. Thank you!

Absolutely superb stay with The Hilton Saigon as my husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Highly recommend and definitely will be back again :)

Good location, new hotel recently opened and good service and amenities

The perfect hotel. Brand new. Big rooms.  The very best location. Incredible view. Breakfast hot dishes choice ( chinese) could be improved

This was my second visit to the hotel, which remains impressive with its new facilities and great location, some rooms even offering a lovely river view. The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions, making it very convenient. However, I was disappointed with the service and staff coordination. Information should be shared better among the team so that I don’t have to repeat my concerns multiple times. On the bright side, breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes and good food quality. The service staff were friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised that some of them could speak Thai. However, the staff at the egg station and kitchen were less welcoming, responding to my requests with very brief answers. It’s also worth noting that the hotel doesn’t offer Eggs Benedict or poached eggs on the menu, which was a letdown.

Good experience at first but the poor decision made by the Manager caused an unhappy emotion.
