"We celebrated our first wedding anniversary and my son’s 5th birthday at Belmont Hotel Mactan, and the experience was truly unforgettable. From the entrance to our room, everything smelled clean and luxurious. The room was spotless, and the ambiance made us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating when I requested a kettle for hot water, they prepared it right away. We also appreciated the easy access to Newtown Mactan Beach. Even when we forgot our beach pass, the reception found a way to assist us, and the fitness center staff were very friendly. They’re not strict, and maybe that’s why many guests love staying here because the service truly stands out. The most magical part was experiencing fireworks on the night of our anniversary. It made our celebration extra special and memorable. We’re definitely planning to come back! Highly recommended."

"Hi! Crown Regency Suites Mactan provides good service and very nice amenities. The staff are respectful and accommodating, making the stay pleasant. The room is beautiful, clean, and comfortable — a great place to relax. The food was delicious and well-prepared, with flavors that were fresh and satisfying. The presentation was appealing, and the portions were just right. Overall, it was a very enjoyable dining experience. Thank you!"

"Savoy is a good hotel, as it is located in the very center of Mactan, not far from the beach. The staff is friendly, on the first floor they give a towel and an entrance to the beach. The room was quiet, as was the whole hotel. On the first day they gave a dessert, it was nice and sweet. The water pressure in the room is good, there was always hot water. A gym and a swimming pool are available. The hotel was very humid, so things took a long time to dry. The floor in the room was dirty, as if it was never wiped."

"We booked 2 nights In the Business class suite it was my bday & after typhoon tino . I’ve been staying in Radisson since 2010 & there service never change. Still very accommodating, friendly & helpful.. except for this one staff in the business class lounge . I arrived 2 min early in the lounge and I start to put food on my plate and he stopped me and literally told me U CANT eat yet As it’s not 5pm sharp!! And he literally pass by me and served water on all the guests glass except me!! The next morning my family went before 7am and all staffs are nice and He wasn’t there and snack time they went early again and he was so nice to them and served them water and coffee.. at evening I went with my whole family and he smiled at me and ddnt serve us water again!! Hes a lil chubby and Chinese eyes wearing black uniform . The reception guy blue uniform is very nice & he was so friendly and accommodating to all of us. My mom is a 71yr old senior & sometimes she needs help but this reception guy was really helpful except for that one rude staff"

"Safety: As a solo traveler, safety is paramount, and this hotel truly delivered. With security checks at the entrance and a second one in the lobby, I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. Facilities: Overall, the facilities were quite good. While not a brand-new hotel, the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The air conditioning was strong, and it was very quiet at night, which allowed me to sleep so soundly that I missed breakfast and ended up ordering takeout via Grab. The rooftop pool wasn't very large, but I went up to lounge for a bit. After several days of diving, I was too tired to actually swim. Service: Service was very responsive. During check-in, the staff mentioned I had the option to waive the deposit, and they even upgraded my room."

"The room smells fresh and clean as well as the hallway plus good internet. The longganisang hamonado is so yummy except the scramble egg. I prefer sunny side up. The room rates is good. Will return again and highly recommended to friends. I already booked my friends here."

"Such considerate and accommodating staff. I booked a quad bunk, but they informed us that the room wasn’t ready yet, so they upgraded us to a family room for free so we could rest, especially helpful since I was with elderly people. The place is clean and spacious. There’s also a social kitchen and a wide rooftop space to chill. The location is great as well since the building has 7/11, few restaurants, and coffee shops. It’s also close to malls and IT Park. The only problem is the Wi-Fi connection, which is very poor."

"Good hotel experience located centrally outside the main city center downtown area. Room was small, but comfortable with the window AC unit which was a bit noisy.  My room was on the eighth floor, but still could hear the traffic noise. There is a Food court across the street and restaurants close by as well. Breakfast was provided in the restaurant downstairs which was Basic Filipino food. Service was good at the hotel as well as the restaurant.   Rooftop pool is still under construction and not open."

"We had a wonderful stay at Seda Hotel Ayala Center Cebu. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better—direct access to Ayala Center Cebu’s shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and made check-in a breeze, and the breakfast offered a satisfying variety each morning. Overall, great value and a reliable, comfortable base for exploring the city."
