We had a late and delayed flight but grateful the van (free airport shuttle) waited for us. The lobby was simple & check-in was easy. Before going up to our room, they asked us to get the amenities we need (dental kits, shaving kits & combs). We stayed at the Twin C Room, it has a big ref, kitchen sink, tv, microwave, dining table & chairs & 2 big beds. The bathroom was like the ones in Japan, compact & small. There were no cabinets too. The beds were comfortable to sleep on & the ac was working well. Breakfast was served in what was like a cafeteria hall, it was supposed to be plated but it was served buffet style, breakfast menu was simple. It changes everyday. Location of the hotel is superb & convenient because its connected to J Centre Mall and there were pharmacies, banks, convenience stores & a spa nearby. Happy to have our massage there. The hotel was also beside the Skywater theme park but unfortunately it was indefinitely closed. Checkout was easy too. They allowed us to leave our luggage because we have a late flight, we just came back for it. We weren’t able to avail of the free shuttle going back to the airport because we weren’t able to book a day before (it’s not automatic even if they have your flight information), good thing we have relatives to bring us to the airport. Overall, price was reasonable and we had a nice & comfortable stay here.

I would give it a 3/5 for my 3 nights stay! The rooms were clean and quiet. It is away from the loud music or noise from elsewhere. The rooms are new as well. It is cheap so you get what you've paid for. Staffs at the Front Desk can be a little more welcoming to be honest. They will just look at you when you pass by the Reception especially during the afternoon time shift girl and guy and the 2 guys in the Morning are the coldest person ever. I think that what is lacking! They find it hard to greet you even a hi or hello! They should learn from the staffs in the 3 star Hotels in Bohol or Palawan. Despite their Hotel is not new they even out the experience with a sincere and welcoming smile. Could have also been better if they provide a minibar or a water kettle to have some coffee or something. If you are on a budget and no issues with unwelcoming staffs in the Hotel, This Hotel is recommended!

I came with my spouse and small kids, employees (like Riza and Girlie) were helpful and attentive to our needs. My family felt at home during our stay. Everything was very convenient. I love the water dispenser idea to reduce plastic use. Can take hot, normal and cold water from the machine near my room 605. I felt so familiar when I decided to book a night here. When I went into the room I opened my email to see that I stayed once on 21 March 2019. Room is very large and comfortable although not new. The charming of the hotel and staff are still the same. Breakfast is set and simple. Restaurant is closed at 21:30pm so we had to walk outside to have dinner. Easy to find places to eat around the hotel. Near 2 Robinson malls at the roundabout and near a convenience store. Deposit 1,000 Peso. 7th floor has very high walls around so views are blocked. If they renovate, hope that they would make glass fences instead.

The location is very strategic and easy to find. From the hotel you can go arround the town conveniently. You can find a lot resto and fast food chains outside so less hassle. The downside with our experience was that the room wasn’t spacious enough because we had 2 luggages and we were opening it the whole time. We stayed for 2 nights. Although if we didn't have a lot things with us, that should be fine. Another was that of the shower, the running water wasn’t so convenient. It took a little bit long for us to get our shower done.
Hospitable staff though!
In the picture, we really had a lot of things going on. We sorted out some goods to give to our relatives who were in cebu and we just had arrive at this time. 🤣

This time of my stay with them can give 5 star as they might hear my last complain about the kettle for a hot water to make early coffee. This time yes they have it with a 2 bottle of water drinking water plus a pitcher to pitch a cold water on the water despenser on the hallway. Management might have change. The room I request a bigger bed as I'm alone the girl in the front desk find and had my request granted without hasitation it was amazing how they'd been train to become a better costumer service. Very comfy bed soft pillows and had a heavy blanket that you can really sleep well like a baby. had a heavy block out curtain that cannot even hear any noise outside. Had a big tv with enough channel to watch, I always use this hotel every time I travel to cebu often if I catch a available room. Close to port area and accessible to downtown and to SM mall, beside they have Robinson mall on the same building. The food is superb with a good selection of coffee beans, mix with korean, filipino and american breakfast its excellent even the staff had been in deferent attitude this time starting from the security guard to the waiter every one is very polite, every one is very helpful like the quality of 5 star international hotel around the world, I can recommend this hotel for comfort, security and cleanliness.

Amazing spa service with amazing result for lobby. Look Sunset bar was strategically located next to the swimming pool and the infinity view of the ocean. Dinner buffet was surprisingly romantic, situated in the garden next to the bay front left the ambience however, they need to consider to pack their table and chair later not when the guest are still having their dinner so attitude was great everyone’s greeting you and treating you l with friendly and welcoming attitude:From the front doorman to the kitchen stuff you met at the corridor.
Since Ball is the heart of energy after 8 pm with the set up of pool, table, darts and acoustic band at the night, the other part of the result were quiet and not so happening .. the room facing sea with amazing view come with the one chair balcony which supposed to be 2. there’s a tiny bit of smell on the right side bed if you’re sleeping there close to the wall of the bathroom.

DDexterI planned this trip for 4 months because i wanted this to be special.
And it is our first time as a family flying together and on top of that our first time in Cebu.
Seda is a highly recommended hotel by our friends and with the good reviews i gave in.
We are way too early when we arrived. We are offered an early check in of course with additional pay but we opted to wait for 1.5 hours.
Since it is really like next to the mall we roam and walk around had our brunch.
We came back the check in counter staff was different from the earlier mandatory to ask same question which is perfectly fine.
The rooms are spacious, clean , and i must say this room is way better at Conrad near mall of Asia (where we stayed before we fly to Cebu- room smells like old and there’s cockroach in the cupboard)
Anyway the highlight of this Seda stay is the surprise Cake and Birthday Song for my mom she literally cried because of happiness
Shout out to the BEST, Top notch, unparalleled good service of KINGSWELL and FATIMA of the Breakfast Buffet staff.
I can say that Cebuano’s is really legit friendly and happy.
All smiles all the way, all throughout our breakfast knowing that the place is packed (Sunday ). Guys you really need to hire and clone these people they are the GEM of Seda Cebu!
Thank you again for making this trip a memorable one. One of the reason to visit Cebu Seda is because of Kingswell and Fatime - We will definitely be back to this place.

GGinThis is a brand new hotel just started their operation in this year. Located at old town area, not CBD area, surrounded with lots of convenient store, hospital, food court, restaurants etc. No Swimming pool and gym room nor laundry service, but nearby got a laundry shop. Security 24 hours. All the staff greet and smile to their guest, and polite nevertheless. you may access your nextflix acct or youtube acct for tv program.

The resort is beautiful. Though the pools can get really crowded, we still enjoyed our time with the other visitors, who were mostly Koreans. Unfortunately, we didn't get to explore much as we could only stay for one night.
The service staff are friendly and very accommodating. You won't find a staff member who isn't smiling or greeting you.
However, the big downside is the food. We think it's not really worth the price. We've been to many resorts/ hotels that offer better value than what we actually paid for.
We'd definitely recommend JPark to our friends and families, but we probably wouldn't come back again.

JJANICE ANNBooked a room with Queen beds and sea and garden view but as we’ve always encountered with Solea- given a double bed(2) and different view. No problem with the services tho, its just that options upon booking were given and roomrates vary accdg to the room chosen but when you check in, they will give you a different room. Specifically chose queen beds as we prefer bigger beds to sleep on that is why I chose the Palm resort instead of the Mactan. Pls make sure you are coordinated with the hotel as this was a confirmed booking. No problem with the stay but also the pools for the kids is not available as it was under maintenance. I have always liked solea except for this process which has been recurrent.

MMargaritaThe room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough. There was a mini closet, a small coffee table, and one armchair. We had a Smart TV in our room and were able to access my personal Netflix account through that. There was a mini/personal refrigerator, an electric kettle, mugs, glasses, teaspoons, saucers, small safe, bathrobes, hotel slippers, basic toiletries, and packets of coffee, creamer, and sugar inside the room, too. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the location of the hotel itself was excellent. They had a shuttle service to the beach and around 4 or 5 places to eat for meals. I'm just sad that the check-in time was at 3:00 PM, and the checkout time was at 11 AM. I would have liked to stay a bit longer there.

AAsukarheyThis hotel is very good. Staffs are very kind. Room is very clean and complete with toiletries. The actual resort is very good my kids really enjoyed it. The ambiance is very relaxing.
Though the beach area and garden needs cleaning during our visit probably lots of visitor the night before had party the staff didnt have enough time to clean.
Overall, this resort is worth it. Would love to come back again with my kids.

FFanny_Heart02We had an amazing stay for the fourth time. The place was great, the people were so nice and there were lots of things to do in the resort. We loved the restaurant especially the food it was delicious and affordable. It is a perfect place for us to relax with my family.

Their rooms are so neat and they have a comfortable bed 🥰🥰 they have bathroom kits as well and the pool above the building is refreshing! You must try to visit here! It is worth it and it is a very budget-friendly hotel 🥰🥰
