Great hospitality by hotel staff, comfortable room, breakfast buffet is scrumptious. Totally enjoyed my stay.

An amazing hotel right at the heart of the city. From the time you walk into their doors till check-out, the service is impeccable. The rooms are large and very clean with all the amenities. Fantastic gym, steam and sauna rooms while their pool side bar served a wicked Negroni. Breakfast was 5star with a huge spread. My only comment would be that the pool is very small (think of it as a lounging pool). Kudos to Xavier at the reception for even walking me to my room to explain everything. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

The hotel hospitality is unrivaled by many other five star hotels in Jakarta, while the room is clean, spacious, and comfort. When we check-in, the front office staff (Mr Gillen) confirmed that this is our first stay at this Mandarin Oriental, and we would stay for three nights. Later, for our surprise, he upgraded out room to the highest floor (26th), send us welcome Chocolate Dessert to our room 😄👍. Thank you brother, we definately stay again. Bravo…

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the service was absolutely impeccable. We were warmly welcomed at the front desk with a refreshing drink and pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a room overlooking Bandaran. Upon entering our room, we found a thoughtful anniversary surprise waiting for us. One evening, while dining at the hotel restaurant, they delighted us yet again with a special anniversary cake. There wasn’t a single thing I could fault about this hotel—service, location, and ambiance were all perfect. A heartfelt thank you to Jennifer, Shifa, Yani, Palma, and Salvina for their exceptional care throughout our stay!

Nice view, All staff are so friendly and smells good too. Walking distance to malls. This is my 2nd time and i will be back.

This time is my third staycation in mandarin hotel. It really lovely hotel with amazing breakfast, location near everywhere, middle of town and the service very fast and excellent. I will come back again. Thank you Mandarin Hotel

The service level from all the staff was excellent. The hotel and room is a little dated but was still luxurious. Breakfast variety was limited for a hotel of this standard but still ok. Location wise, it’s walking distance to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia. Overall, very good stay!

Wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental Jakarta. Perfect location, right in the center and just a short walk to Grand Indonesia Mall. The hotel staff were also very helpful and attentive to all our needs. Would definitely book this stay again.

My first stay at the hotel was so good that it set a high expectation. The subsequent stays revealed some issues with the hotel, but due to the willingness of the staff in addressing the issues, I decided to let them go.

We had a wonderful stay, starting with a warm welcome and early check-in. The kids loved the complimentary coloured pencils and activity books. Special thanks to Zizah for the thoughtful turndown service—it was a treat returning to a neat room twice a day. Overall, the staff were friendly, attentive, and made our stay truly enjoyable!

The hotel location is Good. At the centre of Jakarta. Close to Grand Indonesia & Plaza Indonesia. The staff are friendly. The room is spacious. The glass is wide. I had a very great time at Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The pool is however small. I think this is the smallest pool for 5 star hotel that I have stayed. I have tried the spa. I requested for deep massage however I feel like it is light massage. With the price I pay, I would not repeat the massage at Mandarin Oriental and I would not recommend to anybody. However other than that, everything is great.
