Hotel room is spacious and bed is comfortable. The bathroom comes with a bathtub and shower. Location wise it is conveniently located near eateries. Best take is the laundry room that makes saves us the hassle of overpacking. Highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, only 5 mins or less walking distance to Chiayi night market. Room is clean and spacious. Hotel has free to use laundry room which allows us to wash/dry our clothes.

Japanese room is big. It is good that there are 2 toilets, one is with bathroom. There’s a violinist playing at the lounge from 7-9 pm and there’s complimentary snacks as well. There are many eateries around the hotel so food wise is not a problem. Nearest train station is about 15-20 minutes walk so will be better to get a taxi if there are luggage to carry.

The staff were very friendly. The Japanese style room was great and looked modern. This room came with delicious complimentary snacks and drinks. We enjoyed our stay here in this hotel.

We made it just in time for the evening happy hours where all guests are treated to tidbits. Staff were very thoughtful and helpful. It was a short stay of only one night, but there were several eateries nearby. It is also within walking distance to a good sized night market. Value for money! Not many amenities on site, or rather we didn't have the chance to use anything.

Lovely hotel! Very nice installations, I espacially loved the sparkling water provided! With a small but clean gym. The service and the interior design are very cozy.

The room was nice and the front desk staff had a great attitude. They have a laundry room, and the fact that it's free is a huge plus compared to other hotels. I accidentally left my charger behind before, and when I called, they immediately retrieved it for me to pick up.

The hotel is a bit far from chiayi train station, about 20-25 min on foot with no pathway streets. However, it was near the night market, about 5-10 min walk. So if you come by train, just call the taxi to the hotel, it cost only 100 TWD. The room was so big and the beds was so comfortable, the breakfast had many stations range from local dishes to western style.

The location is excellent, and service is satisfactory. However, the hotel feels dated, and our room had a strong sewage smell, especially when the air conditioning was on. Laundry services were a nice plus—otherwise, everything was fine.

The location is near to night market and the hotel provided free wine and cocktails with some light food and snacks which can dine in at their provided space or enjoy it in own room.

Not recommended. We booked a family room with two queen beds, but were charged an additional NT1,000 for our 10-year-old child. On the first day, the water smelled so bad that our child was afraid to take a bath. Even washing his hands produced a strong odor. We paid NT1,000 for the smelly water. The water returned to normal on the second day. The front desk staff was also unfriendly.

This hotel is simply unbeatable! superb service, sparkling clean room, free water station every floor, free washer and dryer for guests, gym, convenient location. Free "happy hour" lounge with free drinks! central location and 10mins walk to train station and night market.
