Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

the rooms are nice and neat, the hotel staff are kind and very attentive, and the price is very affordable... Highly recommended if you want to find a cheap hotel with the best facilities and services.. If I go to Jakarta again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again...

First I come to this hotel, the staff reception very welcome. Room clean, breakfast delicious and the hotel near central business. Employee is very helpfully and always smile for guest, and this is a point for this hotel. I am very recomendation to all for stay in this hotel.

This hotel is excellent have connecting to mall gajah Mada, near mangga besar street food, room comfy & clean price affordable for hotel between West & Central Jakarta, I hope MRT construction will be finished soon as posibble to make easy access this hotel

Staff very helpfull,location was good and food was awesome will back soonest/immediately. Near by GajahMada mall (family mall) Restaurant very cozy and good service due to lunch on streat restaurant. In the room we get full set up of coffee and tea. Ibis Styles Gajah Mada is the best

I like most about ibis styles jakarta Gajah Mada is the restaurant and bar with an open courtyard giving a refreshing impression. two months ago I stayed here, and the service is so amazing, the mattress is soft making us sleep like sleeping on fairy pads, the room service is also good, the waiter were too friendly, the food is also delicious, especially the pillow is very comfortable, making us want to come back here! because it's really that fun, highly recommended guys!

A hotel that has a good location. Very strategic. It's close to Gajah Mada Plaza, many restaurants and tourist attractions like monas and etc. The room is superrrr comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff is very helpful and friendly and lastly i had a wonderfull breakfast here, yummy! Good job

Stayed here the second time, which actually this hotel was booked by my office accidently. First of all, my flight was early morning, they will never never allow early check in despite several earlier emails to them and there was no reply. Front staff not very professional in customer service the guy wearing spectacles. There is nothing much around this hotel. Outside main road, very heavy major MRT construction going on. Only single lane. So if you book any ride hailing service to the airport, do so early. Macdonald is just opposite, but you have no access due to construction. You have to make a very big big turn and this will frustrate you. I have stayed in many hotels in jakarta, early check in is allowed without any cost. But this hotel is different in terms. Food wise, nothing special, not warm either. Only the front staff fifi had a smiling face. No more staying in this hotel.
