Ulasan Luwan International Hotel Shenzhen

The location of the journey is on foot, it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the nearest bus stop, minus the fact that if you return to the hotel, there is a small climb on foot. Chinese cuisine, with almost nothing European cuisine. Pleasant pool, staff, timely clean the room quite carefully.

We stayed in a room with a queen-sized bed. The view was good and the room was clean, although it's a bit small. Interestingly, the bathroom and shower were located at the opposite side of the room... It is quite inconvenient when you want to shower after going to the bathroom... and there's no hair conditioner provided, not even if you want to pay for it! However, the breakfast was great with a lot of good selections.

Amazing hotel with a beach not too far away and lots of amazing views. The room was very nice and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff at the hotel.

Our overall experience at the hotel was great. It have the important aspects of a nice hotel which are it’s clean, comfortable and everybody in the family also had a great time but we did encounter hiccups during our short stay there. One of the bedroom air conditioner stopped working at 11pm and we needed to change rooms in the middle of the night. Other than that, I liked that the room had a small kitchen and a washing machine. And when we swim in the morning the pool was freshly cleaned. Breakfast was also good. Location wise it is near the beach and on the 15 minutes walk there you’ll be able to discover a lot of restaurants. Take note that the hotel is also surrounded with ongoing construction.

The workers were very helpful, breakfast was amazing. It was done in buffet style with many options to choose from. Breakfast had both Chinese and western food option. The pool was very clean, nicely maintained. I have no complains, I really enjoyed my stay.

The indoor and outdoor pool was closed due to no reason. And there was a lot of dirt because of the construction was being held right next to the hotel.

乾净，寧靜，舒適的環境，確是遠離市區煩嚣的好地方，虽然吃飯附近沒有太多餐飲或去海邊要走個10至15分鐘但對我來说也是可接受的，不然酒店也自带餐廳也方便的，唯一就是厕所不要丢太多纸，會堵 酒店服務都挺好，盡量滿足客人要求，给讚 下次有機會再來入住享受這裹的寧靜和鳥語花香

前台服務接待非常熱情周到細緻，特別是小龍給人賓至如歸的感覺。下次還來。謝謝。

非常滿意！背靠大山，面朝大海，環境非常好。房間設施齊全。酒店服務也很到位。配套的娛樂設施更是應有盡有。可惜冬天去的，沒能體驗游泳池。有機會還會再去。

酒店服務，食物，和設施一般般 也有好處，遠離繁囂，去到幽靜嘅地方真係度假， 交通也方便可到小梅沙地鐵站轉搭的士約20元，約10分鐘就到達酒店。 酒店旁邊有條小村，大約行10分鐘到就有便利店，晚上可以到這裏食食晚飯，再向前行轉左前面有公交車可反回口岸過關，或轉地鐵。

這是我住過幾乎最差的酒店，我一般不評價，但是這次真的讓我很生氣！住宿體驗太差了！與其説是酒店不如説是民宿，就是在原來那些出售的公寓改裝的，酒店一股陳舊的黴味，空調也是黴味！進去就不想呆在裏面，感覺就是爛尾樓改建的！如果你是追求酒店的服務，我奉勸你慎重！特別是服務，真的想罵人，深夜給寶寶買了尿不濕，然後外賣送到前台，前台不讓外賣送進去（大堂與住的地方隔了幾百米，還不是一棟樓），這下好了，我打電話給前台，前台説可以讓服務員送過來，然後我就進入了漫長的等待，等了差不多半小時，我就打電話給前台，但是怎麼也打不通，沒人接，連續打了很多次也沒人接（這是故意不接的！），然後我就開車到了前台，好吧，那前台還在那裡刷視頻還是幹嘛，問他為什麼不接電話，就在那低着頭繼續刷手機，寶寶那個尿不濕還在一邊丟着！你不送，請告訴別人你不送好嗎，我可以自己去拿！已經深夜了，差不多一點了，寶寶不用睡覺嗎！大人不用睡覺嗎！你們這個酒店能勸一個是一個，爛尾樓（那種沒人住的公寓）改建的，真的很垃圾！奉勸奉勸

訂了複式房一家住下了，樓上樓下兩卧一廳，有大露台，酒店有游泳池，户外還有大草坪非常贊，之前是三個直升機坪，拍照真是一流，去海灘就非常近建議開車3分鐘，步行稍遠，這裏海灘比大小梅沙人少多了，景色好沙灘寬闊
