Ulasan Luwan International Hotel Shenzhen

The location of the journey is on foot, it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the nearest bus stop, minus the fact that if you return to the hotel, there is a small climb on foot. Chinese cuisine, with almost nothing European cuisine. Pleasant pool, staff, timely clean the room quite carefully.

We stayed in a room with a queen-sized bed. The view was good and the room was clean, although it's a bit small. Interestingly, the bathroom and shower were located at the opposite side of the room... It is quite inconvenient when you want to shower after going to the bathroom... and there's no hair conditioner provided, not even if you want to pay for it! However, the breakfast was great with a lot of good selections.

Amazing hotel with a beach not too far away and lots of amazing views. The room was very nice and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff at the hotel.

Our overall experience at the hotel was great. It have the important aspects of a nice hotel which are it’s clean, comfortable and everybody in the family also had a great time but we did encounter hiccups during our short stay there. One of the bedroom air conditioner stopped working at 11pm and we needed to change rooms in the middle of the night. Other than that, I liked that the room had a small kitchen and a washing machine. And when we swim in the morning the pool was freshly cleaned. Breakfast was also good. Location wise it is near the beach and on the 15 minutes walk there you’ll be able to discover a lot of restaurants. Take note that the hotel is also surrounded with ongoing construction.

The workers were very helpful, breakfast was amazing. It was done in buffet style with many options to choose from. Breakfast had both Chinese and western food option. The pool was very clean, nicely maintained. I have no complains, I really enjoyed my stay.

The indoor and outdoor pool was closed due to no reason. And there was a lot of dirt because of the construction was being held right next to the hotel.

非常滿意！背靠大山，面朝大海，環境非常好。房間設施齊全。酒店服務也很到位。配套的娛樂設施更是應有盡有。可惜冬天去的，沒能體驗游泳池。有機會還會再去。

酒店服務，食物，和設施一般般 也有好處，遠離繁囂，去到幽靜嘅地方真係度假， 交通也方便可到小梅沙地鐵站轉搭的士約20元，約10分鐘就到達酒店。 酒店旁邊有條小村，大約行10分鐘到就有便利店，晚上可以到這裏食食晚飯，再向前行轉左前面有公交車可反回口岸過關，或轉地鐵。

訂了複式房一家住下了，樓上樓下兩卧一廳，有大露台，酒店有游泳池，户外還有大草坪非常贊，之前是三個直升機坪，拍照真是一流，去海灘就非常近建議開車3分鐘，步行稍遠，這裏海灘比大小梅沙人少多了，景色好沙灘寬闊

都挺好的，游泳池挺大，小童樂園估計一樓的原因，有股黴味。 枕頭太高，高的我一晚上沒睡覺， 廁所和沖涼房不隔音，小孩子睡着覺，起來上廁所沖下聲音很大，影響睡覺 酒店餐廳的回覆下這餐食價格多少，結算沒注意看，回去之後價格對不上

酒店設施很不錯。尤其泳池的深度最深是1米6，玩起來非常high，大人孩子都非常喜歡。 小林幫忙升級了房間，帶有一個超大的陽台。可以看到海和泳池，非常贊贊贊！ 酒店離西溪涌沙灘也比較近，步行大概10分鐘，酒店周圍的環境也非常不錯。下次還會選擇👍👍

這次住宿超讚，環境優美，酒店大堂高大尚，空中泳池水質清澈。入住mini別墅，有三層，3個房間，帶獨立洗手間，房間乾淨衞生，超喜歡大床房外有陽台，還可以曬衣服。有一層是娛樂室，麻將機，蹦床，冰箱……，步行十幾分鍾可到溪涌海濱浴場，超適合家庭聚會，非常滿意，下次還會訂這間酒店。

帶着行動不便的老爸老媽，還有家人入住。訂了一間复式房，一間雙人房，登記時才知道我們兩間房間要在不同棟，因為酒店的設定是复式房在一棟，雙人房（大床）在一棟，雙人房（雙床）在一棟，這樣我們家庭出遊就沒可能住一起或者相鄰的。我爸坐着輪椅，不同棟之間要穿過園林的樓梯級，他很難通過，跟前台說了很多次，他們都說不能安排我們住一起。 酒店的位置是很好的，依山而建，景觀不錯。但是如果酒店的定位是家庭旅客的話，安排就得切合家庭的需求。住复式房沒有機械人送外賣到房，服務員也不會幫你拿上來，要自己到前台取，感覺這是在現代化的深圳是不可能的，建議開發無人機送餐。前台服務員的培訓也沒有到位，不懂順應客人需要而作出調整，感覺很糟糕。
