Excellent value for money! The hotel itself is clean and tidy with a simple yet elegant design. The common areas are comfortable and quiet. All the facilities are well-equipped and maintained, providing a great user experience. Parking is convenient inside the courtyard with plenty of spaces, so no stress about finding a spot. The staff are warm and polite, offering meticulous and thoughtful service, and they respond quickly. My entire stay was comfortable and worry-free. The only minor drawback is the lack of a sofa in the lobby, which makes waiting for a car a bit inconvenient.

Great value for money! My friends and I stayed here and everyone had a good rest. The room was very clean and tidy, the service was warm and friendly, and the facilities were complete. The gym and parking were very convenient, and breakfast was plentiful. Very satisfied.

The room was quite clean and had a balcony, which was great for drying clothes. It's very close to the Thousand-Year Love景区 (Thousand-Year Love Scenic Area), making it super convenient for getting around. The hotel breakfast offered a good variety, but the taste was just so-so. Parking in the underground garage wasn't very convenient; the aisles were exceptionally narrow.

The hotel room facilities are complete, parking is convenient, and the surroundings are also very nice. We chose this hotel for the New Year and had a great experience, especially the big brother on duty at the front desk whose service was very thoughtful and always had a smile on his face, which made us feel very welcome. We will definitely come again next time.

The hotel room was fully equipped and clean! I had a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel also gave a New Year's goodie bag, which was perfect for breakfast since I didn't have any. The staff provided excellent service, highly recommended!!

The hotel facilities are complete and neat, creating a great atmosphere. The room's overall layout is warm and inviting. The hotel service, from check-in to check-out, was excellent. The大哥 (a term of respect for an older man) on duty was friendly, responsible, and promptly loaded our luggage into the car to see us off. These details truly reflect the hotel's high-quality and professional management, making guests feel right at home. The weather in Sanya right now is like a warm spring, perfect for a sunny vacation. This hotel is surrounded by a lake and a park with beautiful greenery, which I absolutely loved. I'll definitely be back next time! ❤️❤️

The room size didn't quite match what was stated on the booking. However, there was an uncle at the lobby who offered excellent service. This Hampton by Hilton is one of the few that actually helps guests with their luggage from the car. He even proactively offered water while we were waiting for our room. Five stars for that uncle!
