Bad view by hotel maybe is too low floor and the room is tidy and comfy they people are friendly perfect…

Really happy with the sevices and room… But, hopefully one day the managemnet can improve to have bidet in the toilet…

The hotel location was great for couple of days of stay in Jakarta. Staff were friendly.

Good location but the room is too small and the street was too busy and noisy, still can smell the cigarette smell even requested non smoking room. The bathroom is too small and the water pressure and the temperature of the water were not stable, sometimes hot sometimes cold, the pressure of the water also sometimes good sometimes poor. After the technician came and try to fix but still the same. No fix hairdryer, 11pm+ reception was called and retrieved the hairdryer, and I was sleeping.

Good location and good customer service by staff but hotel room to small and bathroom clogged drain..It should be fixing as soon as possible..

On 3rd october evening, I enter the hotel because I wanted to use the rest room in the hotel lobby. However the security officer approached me just in front of the rest room and told me that I was not allowed to use the rest room because I was not the hotel guest. I asked him again, please allow me He still told me that I was not allowed because he said this is the policy of the hotel management. I told the security officer again that I used to stay in this hotel before. Still, he didnt allow me. So finally I book a room for 1 night through trip.com and I used the toilet in the hotel lobby. Right after I used the toilet, I checked in and I asked the customer service to give me a complain form. I write a complain about the poor behaviour of the security officer. I dont use the room at all. I bought the room just because I wanted to use the public toilet and after ward write complain about that security officer. Please increase your hospitality, improve your security officer manner.

At first they gave me number 612, in which it smelled very much with mold and damp. The fact is that in the hotel all rooms with windows that cannot be opened and, accordingly, trim the room. The number itself is quite good, albeit small. Then they gave me neighboring number 615, also with one large bed. This issue smelled much better. Bed linen and towels are clean. But ants crawl in the room, so you can’t even leave food for a short time. In general, the staff is friendly. The hotel can be selected for a short stay.

Standing for 30 minutes in front of receptionist because they said they have not received booking order from trip.com. I booked a non smoking room but they gave me a smoking room with an ashtray inside
