I stayed at this hotel because there was a concert in the GBK area. If you have an event, especially a concert in the Senayan area, then this hotel is the right choice to stay with an affordable rate and walking distance to GBK and malls (Plaza Senayan, Senayan City). But with as a 3 star hotel, don't expect the ‘great’ facilities or services, as long as there is a comfortable and clean enough place to take a rest and shower.

Stay in Grand Club Lounge . Best Service , Best Staff , Worth paying more .!!!!!! Club Manager Suzanna demonstrates the highest hospitality service and this reflects in her staff. Special mention , Club Lounge Staff who always smile and remember my husband and I . Erma , Shindy and Indah who go over and above 1 st class service . Just wonderful !!!!!! Also lovely young men Levvy , Aqmal , Ricky , Windy and Jorn who spoilt us during our weeks stay of an evening in the lounge . Wonderful food presentation daily . Special mention to Head Chef Fania who cooks the best omelets and Chef Haddy of an evening who goes over and beyond to please us. Must mention Head of Housekeeping Sumarto . House keeping did a wonderful job of keeping our room spotless and attending to our needs daily . We thank all the Grand Hyatt staff and SO look forward to returning . Will be our 15 th year of staying at this wonderful hotel . Huge Pool and Olympus Club are one of my husbands favourite attractions and mine the wonderful Shopping Centres of Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia a few minutes walk . World Class Shopping . Hotel building and lobby looked nice enough. Checking in was a breeze. Room hallway looks old and gloomy, reminded me of my dormitory days but with better colours. Bedroom didn't have much space, but was still tolerable. The wallpapers had yellowing/dried leak marks. Washroom was tiny and all the drains (sink & shower) are very slow at draining. And no lock for the washroom. The worst was the lighting, i turned off the lights while sleeping, woken up to a room fully lit with tv on maybe a couple hours later. I thought i might have accidentally pressed a button while sleeping. Turned everything off and went to sleep again, then same thing happened again. In total this happened 3 or 4 times, too tired and sleepy to care. I didn't bother complaining because it happened between the middle of the night to dawn. Even if I did complain the possible solutions would be to send a technician or switch me to a better room, and neither is desirable. I was on a one night business trip with full schedule both days. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options, but the service wasn't so good. When i was showed to my table, the host asked if i wanted coffee or tea, I picked coffee. Went around to take my breakfast, came back to table and coffee wasn't there. Then not long after i started eating, a waiter came by and asked if i wanted coffee or tea, said coffee. 5 minutes later another waiter came by if I wanted coffee or tea..again. Finally got my coffee a good 15mins later, I should've just gotten a cup myself. Asked for sunny side ups, eggs came after i finished my plate, about the same waiting time with coffee and the egg station was empty when I ordered. I'm sorry but I don't think this was a 5-star hotel, and the price wasn't worth it. I believe the problem with light was caused by the room card slot right to turn on the power. Must've gone wrong and failed to detect a card in the slot and shut everything off, then suddenly detected the card again, hence all power and light kept turning back on. Won't be staying there again Hallway picture doesn't look that bad in picture, because my phone decided to make it look nicer by auto-adjusting the light level, much darker in reality

Mula-mula terlalu banyak kekurangan Tandas udara yang kotor dibersihkan dan diberi bau Loker rosak Bantal terlalu pendek ditambah Sekiranya selsema, doktor boleh dipanggil Dapatkan ubat-ubatan Terdapat banyak makanan yang terlalu masin dan hampir serta-merta digantikan dengan yang baru selepas menyebutnya Pintu dibuka untuk anda dan perkhidmatan tempahan penerbangan adalah sempurna Porter, lobi, perkhidmatan bilik, pengurusan dan semua kakitangan telah mesra pelanggan dan membantu kami Secara keseluruhannya, penginapan yang menyenangkan di Hotel Millenium dan berbaloi untuk dikunjungi!

This is my 3rd time stay at mercure cikini. And always handled by Mr Radi or Randi if im not mistaken and it was very good and I felt welcome. Good job !! And also for the room very clean and i the breakfast so good.

This is a new spotlessly clean hotel with beautiful restaurants and the best breakfast selection I have ever encountered. The staff were extremely welcoming and obliging and Vira in the bar has an amazing personality, friendly demeanor and welcoming chat and great sense of humor. The bedrooms are compact and functional with a huge TV screen which was excellent and a very nice shower and comfortable large bed. All extremely positive

Nice and Clean Hotel, easy access for Public transport, easy to get local food , everything walking distance , clean hotel

The Japanese style makes the room cosy, but they're small. Good for a few days, it makes packing up a bit hard. The receptionist and crew are nice. You can get free tea at the reception and free tea or coffee on the rooftop from 5 to 8pm. There is an affordable massage service. I didn't really have a view on the city from my bedroom. The area is also a bit run down, not like the cbd, but there is a lot of street food around, and warung open late. The elevator is noisy in the hallway and the music there should be turned slightly down.

Mempunyai penginapan yang mengerikan di hotel. Tempat duduk tandas rosak semasa daftar masuk. Menunggu dalam bilik selama 20mins+ air con masih tidak sejuk. Diminta untuk menukar bilik perlu menunggu sehingga hari berikutnya. Meminta kad kunci bilik kerana dikunci di luar bilik, menunggu selama 30 minit dan tiada siapa yang datang. Sehinggalah saya ternampak seorang pembantu bilik dan meminta pertolongan untuk masuk ke dalam bilik saya. Paling penting, sepanjang penginapan 4 malam saya, mereka mengambil 3 deposit berasingan daripada kad kredit saya pada 3 hari berasingan. Dan kini selepas tarikh daftar keluar saya, 2 daripada deposit kini menunjukkan potongan daripada bank saya. Walaupun saya telah membayar caj bilik sebelum ketibaan, kad kredit saya telah dikenakan caj bilik 4 malam lagi. E-mel mereka sejak minggu lepas, masih tiada balasan. Cuba menghubungi hotel, mereka memberitahu saya tidak memahami bahasa Inggeris dan meminta saya menulis e-mel dalam bahasa Indonesia...
