TV tidak berfungsi, tidak ada menu untuk perkhidmatan bilik dan akan mengubah jumlah dan menyala pada waktu yang rawak. Panggilan telefon setiap masa. Diabaikan tidak mengganggu plakat. Kakitangan di pusat membeli-belah bersikap kasar. Makanannya enak, tapi monoton. Barangan yang dibakar sangat baik. Tidak dapat pesanan kopi yang konsisten kadang-kadang periuk dengan 2 cawan kopi di dalamnya, kadang-kadang hanya secawan kopi, kadang-kadang dengan susu, kadang-kadang hanya hitam. Dan lain-lain Perkhidmatan bilik tidak akan dijawab sehingga seperti percubaan ke-4 hampir setiap hari. Peti sejuk rosak. Kerana kunci, kebanyakan kemudahan hotel tidak tersedia. Namun, mereka mempunyai makmal dalaman untuk ujian PCR. Bukan betul rawatan yang saya harapkan dari label dunia 5-bintang. Penjaga pekerja di siang hari sangat tepat dan membantu. Bilik itu bersih dan bersih. Keselamatan adalah luar biasa.

The hotel staff are all very friendly. Room is very spacious and clean. Hotel is located at very good location. Staff made my stay very comfortable with little surprise as I got back today after a long day where room has been turn down with special art towel and changed of better slippers with this little attention to detail made so worthwhile to have chosen this hotel during this trip! Thank you. Will definitely choose to stay here when I come next time.

Stay in Grand Club Lounge . Best Service , Best Staff , Worth paying more .!!!!!! Club Manager Suzanna demonstrates the highest hospitality service and this reflects in her staff. Special mention , Club Lounge Staff who always smile and remember my husband and I . Erma , Shindy and Indah who go over and above 1 st class service . Just wonderful !!!!!! Also lovely young men Levvy , Aqmal , Ricky , Windy and Jorn who spoilt us during our weeks stay of an evening in the lounge . Wonderful food presentation daily . Special mention to Head Chef Fania who cooks the best omelets and Chef Haddy of an evening who goes over and beyond to please us. Must mention Head of Housekeeping Sumarto . House keeping did a wonderful job of keeping our room spotless and attending to our needs daily . We thank all the Grand Hyatt staff and SO look forward to returning . Will be our 15 th year of staying at this wonderful hotel . Huge Pool and Olympus Club are one of my husbands favourite attractions and mine the wonderful Shopping Centres of Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia a few minutes walk . World Class Shopping . Breakfast has a huge range of options both local, Asian and Western but would be nice with a basic self service coffee and juice bar also. Staff overall nice and helpful. Stayed 2N in a 1BR (Rm # 2201) - the worse accommodation I've encountered in Jakarta where reputable hotel chains I've stayed before are always clean and pleasant. The stay looked unpromising upon getting the key cards in a very well used and yellowish looking jacket (ok, forgivable if is a sustainability effort in a post covid world and in a property where hygiene and decent upkeeping is obviously of lower priority perhaps?) Things started going downhill after I stepped out of the lift to be welcomed by the mouldy patch and peeling paint on the common corridor walls and ceilings. More to dislikes upon stepping into the room: - First impression is that it hasn't been in used for a while with blast from 80s decor - Strand of hairs on the sink top, bed, desks... everywhere in plain sight - Very used and dumpy looking sofa that doesn't felt too clean - Bedsheet isn't too clean with prominent old stain when you flip over the quilt - Old and dirty looking dryer with few packets of partially used washing powder - Yellowish looking switches with dirt and grime collecting around the corners - Standing shower isn't working as is leaking at the back with weak pressure - Balls of dust and peeling paint could be seen everywhere in the room - Wall and ceiling paints were peeling off here and there - Rain water could seep through the living room window causing the floor around the window to be wet - Final straw was the dirty and smelly fridge causing the lapis legit I bought from nearby Mandarin Oriental to reek of a terrible and unwholesome freezer stench Horrible, not recommended and a total rip off at S$250++ per night!

I spent 6 weeks in Hotel Liberty between March and April 2020, I am very happy to have been there and I strongly recommend it. I have been travelling the last 30 years and I can say that this is one of the very good places where I stayed. The location, the staff and the cleanliness are excellent. The rooms are big (I stayed in a 28 sqm room) and with very good natural and artificial light; the bathroom is good and very clean; the bed is very good; the closet is big enough for people travelling for long periods like me. Due to the COVID emergency I worked full time from my hotel room and it was very comfortable because the work table is big, the chair very comfortable and the WiFi works well. The quality/price ratio is also excellent. So, I have no doubt I would come back to Liberty Hotel. Thanks Pak Slamet, hotel manager, and thanks to all staff.

Kemudahan ini agak mahal untuk jenis bilik yang saya dapat. Lif boleh mengakses ke tingkat bilik dari kawasan parkir tanpa kad. Ini adalah masalah keselamatan yang serius. Menu perkhidmatan bilik hanya mempunyai pilihan yang terhad, mungkin kerana keadaan covid. Saya tidak akan mengesyorkan kepada rakan saya dan mungkin di bahagian bawah senarai saya untuk tempahan hotel.

This hotel is situated in the heart of the city center hence the traffic is extremely heavy and busy, going to places are can be extremely difficult and time consuming. The location isn't good at all. You need more time allowance to get to the airport consider the heavy traffic. There are slums everywhere, behind the hotel and dirty food stalls nearby. These slums should be removed from the vicinity. Beggars and homeless people are everywhere even outside McDonald's nearby. There are McDonald's, Burger King, Starbucks and indo Cafe nearby. Brsides, we are very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Our bedsheets are stained with footsteps and dirty stains. Cockcroaches are all over the toilet seat, crawling all over my legs while we were seated. It's so gross. I hope this hotel can improve its cleanliness. See the photos and you can decide yourself whether it's gross or not.

I stayed 5 days in this hotel Location: The hotel is located in that area, the access so easy and in the downtown of Jakarta. Room: I got the room without a balcony, the room is big but so dark for me, honestly I don't like the room. luckily the bed is comfortable. Food: I tried their breakfast and room service. Both are tasty. and this hotel has a cafe where you can seat and work too there. Facility: The hotel has a swimming pool near the restaurant, for adults, the swimming pool is too small but for kids it's okay. I love the gym and sauna area, I forget in 9 or 10 floors, the gym place is good. Staff/Service: The staff was so nice and kind.

Hotel location is nice, a short distance into a rather small alley. Car accessible, but lobby is very small and often parked with cars. Main selling point is location as it's within walking distance to Grand Indonesia & Plaza Indonesia. There are plenty of local eateries around the hotel, and it seems to offer better option than the breakfast which is very very basic. Hotel only has 1 elevator so at times you need to wait for quite a while. Plus they don't have a service elevator so at times you'll be sharing the lift with housekeeping trolleys etc. Soundproofing is rather bad - I stayed at the end of a corridor and can clearly hear the elevator chiming every now and then so if you're a light sleeper - be warned. Overall, given it's price, cannot complain. But personally I'd consider spending some more and get a better hotel.

The moment I want to enter the room, there was a dirty plate and glass in front of my room. Once I entered, the room has a strange smell. I did not get a chance to stay longer because I had business outside. I dropped my luggages and went to the Front Desk again to ask them clear up the dirty plate and glass also spray an air freshener. Just now, I went to my room again and the smell is still there. I took a shower and the bath towel smells like it was not washed and only dried. There was a noise of dropping water and after I checked, the AC is leaking. It leaks until I had to use the bath towel to dry it. The bedsheet is worn out, the pillowcase were yellow, the duvet were GREY! the color was so contrast compared to bed sheet which thankfully, still white. The telephone is not working. I had to come downstairs to complaint to the reception about the defects. And the reception couldn't care less from the way he does not apologize even once. Big thanks for the kind Engineering guy who fixed the AC and telephone within 15 mins though! I understand that the back to back, turn over from the arriving and departing guest is high. But you guys can do better keeping the quality of the room than this.

Slow wifi and some broken pods/shower facilities. Overall good stay, get what you pay for. Had power cut out in pod one night woke up in a sweat and in the dark. Phone didn't charge. No outlets only USB! Clean sheets and interior, friendly staff as well.

Grand Thamrin Hotel (room 907) +Very good location, next to the big Grand Indonesia mall with everything. +Refrigerator, Kettle, Safety box, 2 water bottles. -Mosque nearby, wakes you up at 04:30 in the morning by the speakers when they praying. -Only 1 toilet roll in the bathroom. -No hair dryer in the room. -No iron, not even from the reception to borrow from. All business-men who needs to iron their shirt can skip this hotel. -Noisy air-condition. -40rp for the breakfast, worst breakfast I ever seen, not much to choose from, see my pictures. -Bad schampoo and soap. -Bad sound isolation, hear people and noise from the hall and outside. -My friends got a room that smelled smoke, luckily our room wasn't smelly. +/- 100rp in deposit in cash during check-in. 30min drive from the airport to the hotel, cost around 180rp with Grab. I wouln't stay here again.
